Had a great experience last week at Hearns hearth house bought my new evap and hit it installed great team down there great job guys!

Thank you Kevin and the team at Hearth House Midland! We went back and forth with you guys trying to find the perfect fit and you have exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend Hearth House Midland, big range of products, fast installation and perfect customer service.

I bought and picked up a Neo insert wood fire from Kevin and the team today. When his lovely wife realised I had nobody to help me unload at my house in Glen Forrest, Kevin followed me home and gave me a hand to lift it in. 5 star service in my book. Thank you Hearns team.

Contacted Hearns early December to advise of issues with lack of air flow etc.to be told the only way this would be rectified prior to the new year would be if the previous review was pulled down - suffice to say I can’t be threatened into removing a review and I will be going to ACCC if I don’t hear from them in January.

Don't waste your time supporting this local business. Not only did I have to wait WEEKS after full payment was made to even be communicated with regarding an installation date. The install was an absolute JOKE. Taking 3 weeks to complete, sharp screws left all over the house for my baby to find, mess left everywhere, mismatched vents to which I'm still waiting to be rectified. And to top it all off invading my daughters privacy in her bedroom and entering my property without my permission with no one home at the time to collect items left by Dylan the technician. Hopefully this review might prompt someone to return my calls and to review their service practices.

I was greeted straight away by Paris and helped immediately she was extremely warm, friendly, helpful and knowledgable, genuinely and intuitively responding to me and my expectations. The process of purchasing a wood heater was enjoyable and informative. The service was top quality not only from Paris but the other staff in the store.

Bought a prime 150 and a flue from hearth house midland installed myself then had some issues relating to whistling noises through the fire box.went back to hearth house told them the issue, then found john and the staff went out of there way to fix it. The issue was resolved I would gladly recommend this company

If you want to see the world burn these good folks will certainly try to help you (only as far as a controlled fire in a lovely fireplace in your home though).

Fantastic service. I drove from Bunbury to purchase my fire place as prices were so much better than I could find anywhere else. Paris looked after all my requirements and I cannot fault any part of my experience. Very happy with my purchase.

We had our split system installed by Hearth House Midland recently.

Desperate to discover what type of roof mounted air con my Boulder dump had. I sent photos to Paris and she immediately identified my Heritage unit. Replacement pads were ordered and within a few days Paris emailed me to say they were in stock. Paris has been a complete professional every step of the way. Nothing has been too much trouble. Highly recommended as THE place for all air conditioning requirements. Paris tells me she is an installer also. Full package!

Our evap system failed, and my usual service company has stopped servicing to concentrate on installations only. A relative suggested that we try Hearns, and I'm so glad I did. There was a quick response and a system check, with the replacement dump valve sourced and replaced the same week. Excellent service from John.
