The clinic is mainly focus on selling products. No intention to provide client the free consultation as advertised if they feel like you are not going to buy. Very judgemental. Not recommended!

I purchased my first hearing Aid from the Hearing Loss Specialists back in 2004. I was very happy with the results and after taking very good care of my aid it gave me many years of significantly improved hearing.

As I have a very high level of hearing loss in one ear, I am totally reliant on the hearing aid in my better ear. So I am always aiming to get the very best hearing aid that I can.

My second Hearing aid I purchased from Gerry was in 2013. As the technology continued to improve, it was time to update my hearing aid. Again I was incredibly happy with my new Signia hearing aid and the quality of life that it afforded me.

My last hearing aid (the one that I still wear today is superior!).
I was totally blown away by the clarity and reduction of background noises!
I can hear things that I had never heard before. I would be lost without it!
My hearing is extremely important as it allows me to live a normal life, hearing and interacting with my children and following my passion for music and dance. Life is too short to miss out on all that it has to offer and for me having the best hearing I possibly can is vital!

I love the advantages of having a rechargeable hearing aid. It has saved me so much money on batteries and the convenience of not having to worry about it going flat or running out of batteries makes it a no brainer for me.

Gerry has taken such great care of my hearing needs for the past 18 years.
He always takes the time to explain all I need to know and is very patient.
Having the one specialist to care for my hearing is wonderful, as continuity of care is very important to me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

If I could give Hearing Loss Specialists a higher rating than 5 stars, I most definitely would.

Wanted to thank your hearing clinic for treating my wife, she booked in for a hearing test and was found to have a slight hearing loss in one ear, your specialist recommended she come back next year for another test to see if any change to her hearing, she had been pervious to a hearing aid company and they were very forceful and tried to sell her hearing aids and she felt very uncomfortable with them, so my point is, thank you for being so honest and professional and we will see you next year for a follow up appointment

He charges too much, does not explain options or limitations! He charged me a price for one.at next purchase i got 2 aids for price of one elsewhere

Made a couple of visits to see Gerry before deciding to go ahead with the aids, up to then, not really think they were for me. Time passed and hearing conversations in even small groups in restaurants was becomeing more and more difficult, and I think even the friends dining with me were getting a bit annoyed at my “sorry” “ pardon” “ say again “. So, finally Gerry provided the Siemens aids, took a couple of weeks to get used to them, but I could hear others at our restaurant table and even at “other” tables, wow, also TV was seriously better and being clearly able to hear my car indicators when I had left them on.nice not to need wif’e.indicators still on hon! I’ve done a bit of research on Siemens and they seem to be the best available, so I guess it’s a case of being offered the best available first up, and really getting what you pay for. Im very happy with Hearing Loss Specialists because now I can hear!

I have been wearing hearing aids for over 20 years, i have just purchased new ones from hearing loss specialists and cannot belive how clear i can hear now, thank you so much, best investment i have made this year.margaret thomas

I was worried that my hearing aid would be difficult to use but I was very happy with the process that Hearing Loss specialists took me through and the technology we chose. My quality of life has had a very real boost.
