My veteran blind husband is also suffering with hearing loss so life has become difficult for him. So I was saddened that one of the technicians became impatient with him when she was shoving in his first hearing aids and he could not see the tiny controls on the hearing aids. It hurt. He was then asked to select a Roger pen and ear phones for use with the TV. That was quite some months ago and even though he has rung to enquire when they might come, nothing has arrived yet. Feeling sad and uncared for.
