My wife and I were in Perth for Xmas to visit family from Sydney. I came away without my battery charger for my hearing aids. I contacted a number of audiologists at short notice who could not assist. I managed to contact Barney Mitcham who not only assisted me with the loan of a battery charger, for which he would not accept payment but also drove to a mutually convenient location in order for me to pick up the charger. I am unable to comment on his professional capabilities but if they are anything like his kindness and humanity, clients will be in good hands. I was very grateful. Clive.

After being deaf in one ear for two days (built up wax), Dr. Barney saw me on short notice and improved my hearing to the point that it was better than before.

I was suffering from severe vertigo and got in touch with Barney - within a few hours he was at my house and treating me. Barney is really knowledgeable and gentle - I don’t know what I would have done without his help!

My dad is in Aged Care and is 94 years of age Barnaby from Hear n Spin attended to my dad 12 months ago. I enjoyed my experience at head and spin. I went in for earwax removal. I have had issues since I was 10 with earwax. I constantly need my earwax removed. They don’t use water! The service took 15mins. They check your ears, use the appropriate tools for the removal and then check your eardrums. Highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back for my next earwax removal.

Very good service, very helpful in supplying hearing aids for my parents and very helpful with the follow up supply of the Eargear accessory for my mother.

I suffered with 3 days of severe vertigo, bedridden, unable to eat or move. After hearing about Dr Barney through my husbands work colleague we booked and were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist Sagit.

Dr Barney ran some tests and was very attentive. After narrowing it down to what he thought was the reason for the vertigo, he worked some magic moving some displaced crystals in my ear. I left a little worse for wear which Dr Barney warned me about, but by that afternoon, I was almost back to normal.

To say he's a miracle worker is an understatement. I am so relieved that I now know a place which can fix my vertigo on the spot. Highly recommend if you’re having any hearing or dizziness. I had both and Barney came to my rescue. He was able to diagnose the problem, provide multiple solutions and got me back to feeling my old self again. This was after multiple visits to gps, an ENT, and even the emergency room.
