4This is such a fun class, the atmosphere and energy are always amazing. Racheal's steps are easy to follow and her enthusiasm is infectious, exercise has never been so fun!
Great way to have fun and burn the calories after the weekend. I am loving the Zumba class on Tuesday. I hope that the teacher can offer more classes.
I hate exercise! I find it boring, hard and a chore. Yet for 2 yrs I have been a regular at Racheal's Zumba class. Racheal is a amazing, energetic and happy instructor. Her classes are full of chat topping hits and fun booty shaking moves. Whilst feeling like Beyoncé or Rhianna you participate in a intense cardiac & toning workout. I sweat, laugh, giggle and smile during the sessions. I completely enjoy my twice a week Zumba classes. The people are friendly, realistic, all shapes and sizes and at different levels of fitness. There is no judgement just fun Would 100% recommend it.
I came to Healthy Girl HQ Piloxing class last week and had a blast it was a great workout to awesome music. Rachael is a great teacher full of enthusiasm and energy to give you that extra motivation to keep going on push forward. I for one will definitely be back for more piloxing fun.
