Extremely rude staff member.felt racially.profiled by her. She was more concerned watching what I was doing than serving other customers. My disability client even asked ME if I was okay as she saw I was being watched when my back was turn. It's 2023.this country is diverse. Learn to accept all cultures and remember, when your busy watching the dark skinned ppl, the whites are stealing right under your nose.just like they stole Australia.

EDIT: Read all.the other reviews and want to make it clear that it was a blonde lady that racially refined me. Also assumed I had no money.

The long black haired Indian woman, cannot call her a lady, is downright passively rude.
She looks down her nose at us every time. For too long now. Any questions I have I'm just told to look over there.
She needs to pull that cork out of her behind.
Owner, read everyone's reviews.
If she worked anywhere else she would be sacked.
From now on I'll be going to the Kingsway health shop to see the lovely and helpful Lady there.

Worst customer service. The lady was not supportable and She was rude to the customers. Please check other comments, so you can understand if I am correct or wrong.

Purchased prework out and it was sealed but stale so I wanted to bring back but they wouldn’t help

The lady was not attentive at all. The worst customer service I've ever received. I asked for a paper bag and she just chucked it on the counter top and went back to chatting. Me as a customer had to stand there and bag my own purchases.

The last time I was at the lakeside store, the gentleman was very helpful, thank you. Today, however, it's almost 11.15am and still not open. Website says "open" 11am Sunday! Not good. I made a special trip to come here.

I can not believe how rude and unprofessional the lady in-store was towards me. I have never been treated so badly by retail staff before. Its hard to believe that this store is a still operating with sales staff like I encountered today. I spend a lot of money on supplements and vitamins, but this is one store that won't be getting my business.

Let me be clear here, I just spent 415.00 dollars at nutrition warehouse I came to THIS store first with my son, was interested in buying some supplements they stock but wanted to ask some questions first. I didn't even get acknowledged! The Indian lady with the black hair, back towards me the entire time. This is not the first time, her customer service is deplorable and basic communication skills are critically lacking. Her knowledge on supplementation is zero whenever I have had to ask her a question she seems like she can't be bothered answering. Jenny Song, the owner of this store must not like making money since alot of these reviews are the same. I preferred to be at this store but since the zero presence of customer service or even basic communication skill I spent my saved money elsewhere. Up your game guys or make this full timer at this store a casual since she is the face of your Joondalup business. Drop the ego, and make some changes. Good riddance.

I was at the counter ready to make the purchase and the lady quickly shut the shop up and kicked me out even though they had another 6 hours till closing. She was like sorry I'll be back in 5mins. Lady with the long black hair. SMH

It is a shame i cannot give 0 star. The lady with long hair wasnt really helpful. Solo working at the shop therefore i could understand you lady busy. But when customers come for buying esp health products, they need massive help and explanation from the professional rather than for the clerk being bothered to explain more and help. Prob it is the time to reconsider the place's level of customer service.

The woman who served me, seem more interested in her phone than serving me, was not helpful in getting the produce I was looking for, and I felt she had a smug, condersending manner, will not waste my time at such an overpriced and unhelpful healthfood shop.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars. The customer service by the lady in there was atrocious. I asked for a preworkout and when showing her the one i wanted she huffed when realising she had to open the cupboard up. No smile, no have a good day. I will not be going back to support this business. Will all reviews being about the same lady, it makes me wonder why she is still working there and being allowed to drive customers away.

Literally the rudest human in retail works here. Lady with long black hair is killing this store. I often grab a cookie and drink when passing but she is just so uninterested and lacks any enthusiasm. The rent at Lakeside will be massive and I bet this store does 50% of the turnover it could do.

Terrible experience. I will never purchase from them. We were profiled as if we were going to steal something. Your prices are overpriced by the way compared to online stores. FYI we asians may dress simple but we are the ones who have tons of money You should train your staff proper customer service. If you people can read this NEVER BUY HERE AND THANK ME LATER

Terrible service, unhelpful, dishonest tried to tell me that the ONLY cinimon tablets available where what they offered, NOT offering any customer service to order in for my requirements, obviously not wanting local business. AVOID THIS PLACE BAD ATTITUDE

I love the products at this store, I regularly buy stuff for my morning milkshakes and gym supplements, customer service is ok, I usually prefer the male staff member than the female one just because of knowledge and enthusiasm, he knows the products if I ask for something in particular he would help me to find it.

Staff are always happy to find and order in the obscure products I’m looking for and to bring items over from other stores for my convenience.

26/08/2020 Lady tried to tell my husband they didn't sell what he wanted. He pointed out the item and had her rudely tell him she is on a phonecall. He replied he will wait and got a sigh and eyeroll in response. This is the second time he has experienced this type of rude customer service and told 'no we don't sell that' when they clearly do, from this store.

I’ve been to this shop many times and each time I say this is the last. But yesterday I’ve reached my limits. The lady with the black long hair should not be working with customers. She is so rude. I will not be going back to that shop ever again. I’d rather pay extra for shipping and buy online somewhere else.

Worst customer service.

Accidentally dropped a glass bottle that was on the edge of the shelf while trying to get another item and accidentally knocked down the glass bottle which was on the edge of the shelf. Spent $62.00 at this store with an additional $20 to pay for dropping the glass bottle (which was no even my fault) Indian lady at the counter was quite rude too

There is way better customer service and loyalty at the Morley health shop️
