MY husband I have been seeing Dr Navin for over 2 years. We are very impressed with his professional and caring attitude.
Even though busy at times during our visit, he still pays attention to any concern we may have.
If he doesn't have the answer, he will get back to us.
Chris the Receptionist is always friendly and helpful.

I've been going here for about 5 years now, and my Dr doesn't even know my name. Great clinic! (If you want a non personal experience). I recommend going literally anywhere else.

Dr Navin is an outstanding doctor. He virtually saved my life by diagnosing a life-threatening illness and insisting on sending me to hospital by ambulance. He has such a lovely manner.

Dr Navin has been my daughter’s doctor for almost 7 years, since she was born and he became our family doctor as well. Being a slightly anxious mother, especially when it comes to my kids health, he has been so helpful and understanding with all my concerns. We are very happy to have such a good doctor.

One of my nieces had a medical problem and I attended this practice on Friday (3/5/19) afternoon. I was informed that a locum doctor was in attendance and we would have a long wait. We finally were seen and when the doctor produced the otoscope to examine my niece's ears I suggested he also look into my ear as I suspected that I had left a cotton bud in the canal. His only response was "Aarh, but you don't have an appointment" as he concluded attending to my niece. I left this practice stunned, vowing never to return. Would this doctor ignore an accident victim as they did not have an appointment? Is it any wonder that many people complain about the 'progress' of doctoring in Australia. Not happy Jan!

Such a terrible experience and will never come again. We arrived 10 earlier before the scheduled time and waited for 30 minutes to see the GP. Someone arrived later could jump the queue and see the GP before us. 3 minutes talking with the GP and waited for another 5 minutes to pay the bill. No apologies or excuse from the "busy" staff.

Professional, friendly and they do bulk bill! Highly recommend Dr Navin, he is our new family doctor and we are very happy with him.

Scum. Avoid at all cost. Horrible DR. Would rather die of pain than have to deal with such a rude unprofessional ever again. No bulk billing either so watch out
