Used to be amazing now going down hill with stock not be ordered staff ok but Cass is amazing staff member but unfair she carry all the burden please lift your game it would be shame if had shop else where.
Drove all the way to Rockingham for opening time and 30 mins later the store is still shut. Absolute waste of my time!

Double check your expiry dates, purchased something only to realise a week later it expired SIX MONTHS prior. Wasn’t offered a replacement or a refund when I went in to notify them. 2 stars because the product range is great.
• Rude customer service.
• Prices double in store for products compared to online.
• When shown to employee, was lied to about a delivery fee as pick up option is available!
• Continued to stall and receive rude communication from employee.
• Carried out payment online for pickup then refused the service.
As a continuous customer of health kick Rockingham and Kwinana, I have never been treated so rudely at Rockingham - Will be using other stores in the future
