Such a lovely experience this afternoon with an experienced and helpful lady salesperson (I think her name is Esther)
Not only did she know her shop product well, she lead me into the correct product I required without being pushy. She explained the product and how it works and how it would suit what I needed.
I buy a lot from these type of shops on a regular basis and have shopped around with usually grumpy, young and inexperienced salespersons. I will definitely buy much more regularly from your Whitfords outlet now that I know I can get great friendly and experienced service.

The shop has a good range, however, unfortunately, this does not beat the poor customer service.
I went in to see if the store had some tablets that I needed. I was not greeted by the shop assistant upon walking into the shop (not the biggest deal, but always nice to be greeted by a friendly face when shopping). I had a quick look around for what I needed and was not able to see it, I was not offered any assistance from the shop assistant. I was then still ignored despite standing right in front of the counter that she was working at, waiting to be served. After gaining the assistant's attention, I asked for what I needed and fortunately they did stock it.
I purchased the tablets, however I will not be back, despite the location being convenient for me and the shop stocking multiple other brands that I purchase on a regular basis.
I have not had customer service this poor in a long time. No smile, no thank you, no friendliness whatsoever from the shop assistant. Good customer service goes a long way.

I was charged $4 for a disposable face mask that broke within 2 minutes of me having left the chemist. Way to rip off your customers.

I find staff here always to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

Always have the vitamins, products and health items I'm looking for. Conveniently located near the entrance of the shops.

Worst customer service. Never a hello when you walk in, even when no other customers are in the store you're always ignored.

Well, worst experience ever.rude staff, grunted at us, didn't even speak or offer us help. Lucky my son knew what he wanted, $80 later we left without a word spoken. (we will never be returning, which is such a shame as good stock&very convenient)

It’s a shame they have such rude staff with shocking customer service skills working at the store because the store itself is quite well stocked. There is one lady who works there who is very pleasant but apart from that, it’s an effort to even serve customers, let alone say hello. I’ve often been left waiting as two staff members finish a conversation and not even spoken to, but spoken down to. Disappointing to say the least.

I would rather buy online and pay postage for my favourite brands rather than spend another cent in this store. Staff are so rude! What happened to basic customer service skills? Multiple transactions with multiple staff members with the same attitudes.

This place used to have a great range of protein powders and supplements. It appears that this has shrunk to a few brands to make way for all the new vegan, gluten-free, super-food, "fads" that have come in. It's a shame that this over stocked with all these "foods".

The service is always less than satisfactary. Have never been served by the same person twice and it is always a Male beefed up, try hard body builder.

I only return to this store when very desperate for a product.

Called at store last Friday, service was terrible, all the body builder wanted to do was snog his girlfriend at front of shop by counter. Was such an effort to serve us. Shame, because a great shop.
