I've been buying from healthfreak for over 10 years. They always go above & beyond to give a personalised, professional service to customers, old & new. Stock is almost always available. If not they are very happy to order and it arrives often within 24 hours.
I've visited many different health stores over the years though this is always my preference. I live over 30 minutes drive away but much prefer to visit them for my health & nutritional needs. Well done Paul & Kiran.

I went into the store last week & was amazed by how much free naturopathic advice I received, normally you get the basic/broad knowledge on products in these stores, but Kiran (owner)   was next level. I also then found out, the owner actually sits on a leading Tumor board with some of the Best Leading Oncologists in the World, Health advice to the nth degree & their new website has all the best products. 5 stars all day!

Could not recommend this store and owners enough, such kind caring people who genuinely want to help you. Aways give great knowledgeable advice and I always walk out feeling happy and confident in my health journey.

Worst customer service. Is it such a hassle to get up out of your seat and guide me to a product I need or point me in the right direction. Always on the phone on social calls. You've lost another customer.

Worst customer service ever! I will never go back there again. Went twice. First time they said it's out of stock come next week and went again week after another lady said the same thing but talked very rudely. She said she doesn't do ordering so she has no idea when will they have it again and asked me to check with the people I met the first timedidn't ever try to check it for me nor take my number down (not even busy).
