Kyla was very friendly and knowledgeable and her massage really helped my neck and lower back

Kind & welcoming staff, gave me a good idea of injury, on the time it will take to heal & some exercises to get me back to 100%

Im still waiting! The exercises the physio A quickly showed me after her hands on treatment for my knee problem never arrived! Unfortunately physiotherapist A did not follow up and send me the exercises despite email and voice requests. After 3 weeks, my knee is still waiting
Then speaking with management also did not result in the exercises being sent! 65 weeks.still waiting. Maybe the strengthening exercises were not on the list of approved exercises? Whatever the excuse, pooor followup and no refund. Cannot recommend

Went to have treatment for ongoing back and neck issues. I was very impressed by the examination and the explanation in language that was easy to understand. Treatment was great as well. Thanks very much

I responded to a Facebook ad which misrepresented the half price initial consult offer. After 20 minutes of dry needling on only one hip I was left with headaches the following day. This is atrocious for a first consult, which is what was advertised, woefully inadequate and just a grab for money. I hope that others who responded to the Facebook ad scam get a better experience.

Perfect, found the problem, explained every step with excellent detail and everyone was happy and friendly

20 mins for a 1st consult, not acceptable. Incorrectly diagnosed, despite diagnostic tests from a doctor supplied. The needles were not placed in the correct position, an increase of pain in the original site, and at a radiating site. Not a good pain, as you would expect from physio, after relief. This place used to be good, but now new management. Inexperienced physio. Had to go elsewhere to a professional who did an hour with a 1st consult, listened to my concerns, prepared an excellent written exercise recovery program and taped the injury, to reduce the load. Interestingly when I rang to book the new physio, they advised me they were receiving a lot of clients from this place, due to similar complaints.

Practice was able to fit me in as I was travelling and experiencing back spasms.excellent service and had immediate relief. Video program of exercises is a great resource

Called first thing in the morning and was able to get a cancellation appointment on the same day. Great customer service and got some immediate relief.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My physiotherapist was amazing, she talked me through the process. During my session I cried from the acupuncture needles and she held my hand and helped calm me down. As I was there alone it really helped keep me calm and stopped me from becoming anxious.

Staff were friendly, efficient and professional. I loved the use of technology regarding my detail collection and the way they supplied instructions and information. Very Good

I have been in moderate pain daily since I hurt my leg 3 months ago. At the time of injury I couldn't even stand up or sit down it buckled me. Before coming to karratha for work assignment I spent $700 in on week in Perth trying to fix injury. One visit to karratha phisio and I feel free as a bird can't wait to see results after second appointment.

I recommend karratha physio (thank you Lindi and Lauren), there team is friendly and amazing! My long term shoulder pain is much better with dry needles and her magic hands. Will do my stretching at home as she taught me nice and thoroughly:)
