Staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Service was fast and thorough and the shop was pleasant and quiet. It was the most stress free chemist visit I've had in forever! Will be going back for sure.

Horrible experience, I was being helped by this Australian lady over the counter and this Asian lady rudely interrupted us with her pushy and annoyed demeanor, I felt so bad for the Australian lady, she got humiliated in front of myself and other customers, then this miserable Asian woman forced to serve me a generic brand that I didn't ask for, she didn't even gave me the option on what I wanted. Having a bad day or not is no excuse to treat anyone like that, learn to show some respect to your workers and customers, to whoever reading this save yourself the trouble, AVOID THIS PLACE.there are other customer service oriented Pharmacy in the nearby area. DO NOT COME HERE.

. And to that ornery asian lady, jokes on you, you entered my ID as if i bought that item when i didn't, you're a true pos, lucky the Pharmacy i went to understood the deceit you made and they kindly assisted me with my medication. My family and friends will never give you our business.

Ehab is a very experienced and extremely capable pharmacist and also always looks after me with my requirements.
The support staff are also fabulous and the are led by Charlie and the numerous female support staff who are also of very high standard!
Do yourselves a favor and visit this wonderful establishment!
Whilst i believe their specialty is servicing the Vietnamese community in assisting with a language barrier, they are extremely versatile and look after all customers equally.
Oh yes, I have compared pricing and they are more that reasonable!

Admittedly I often use bigger chain pharmacies to purchase my goods, but when I have been in to Health 1st on the odd occasion for a prescription or over the counter medicine I have always received extremely friendly, thoughtful service from the team. Their friendly approach and genuineness was a very pleasant surprise me and I can tell they really care for their customers. It's made me want to use their pharmacy more often.

Ruined my face dermatitis with harmful product that they said would help but they had no idea what they were talking about.

I have used this pharmacy for 30 plus years and found it to be most helpful and friendly. I will never change! Thank you all!

I have very good experience in this pharmacy I delivered their swaps products I remembered two or three persons in the staff. Charlie is very good man always polite and humble.ehab was always crack jokes. It was good memories in my job.

Really great pharmacy. All staff so friendly and helpful. My mum even switched pharmacies as they all so nice and go out of their way to help you as best they can. Sells lots of good things too.

The best pharmacy ever! Staff are always helpful and caring like this time I had a bad allergy reaction and got hives! I was extremely itchy and they were very considerate and even gave me a cup of water to take the allergy tablet straight after purchase!

I have been going here for more years than I can remember. Always spotless, really friendly helpful staff, nothing is too hard for them. They have a cosmetic section and plenty of product's. Isles are good and they stock variety of baby, health, gifts, sunglasses. They do ear piercing.

I’ve been a customer at this pharmacy for more than 4 decades.
For the past 25+ years Vu Tran and his superb staff (it’s rather
like the United Nations in there) have been looking after me and
my ever increasing file full of prescriptions! All of the staff are kind,
caring, helpful and have the patience of saints. (They also have
a good sense of humour, which is so nice to find in this day and
age!) Highly recommended!
