5Had a terrible experience here. I was lied to about wait times, my counsellor once didn’t show up to a session, they kept pushing CBT despite the fact I’d done it before and found it unhelpful. They were extremely disorganised and disrespectful. Worse when I had finished my 10 sessions they left me without any referrals or places to for support despite the fact I was very unwell. When I sent a formal complaint it wasn’t even addressed. Go somewhere else where you will be respected and listened to.

Most definitely do not recommend.
If you are after segregation and manipulation go ahead. They are suggestive and unsupportive to parents. Not at all happy with their antics. The reception is extremely uncaring and blatantly show no respect.
Staff were very kind and patience with me, got a lot of positive vibes from the building and it was very colourful.
Absolutely disgusting. Rude staff. Admitted they were only in it for the money
