Took my 3 year old daughter in on off chance to get her hair cut, they fit her right in. I had asked for a trim. But when sat down I spoke with hairdresser and told her exactly what I wanted. Listened and offered advised (daughter has curly hair and can be hard to manage). Did exactly what I wanted and worked with her hair. My daughter was delighted and thought she was an absolute queen getting her hair cut in such a cool hair dressers. $30 was very please as been charged the same at chained stores and all they've done is cut the half cm off ends. Everyone has commented how lovely her hair cut is and how thick and healthy her hair is looking. Just like to thank the ladies for making my daughters day and making this hot mess mums day that little bit easier.

Had a great experience from the two lovely girls working in the studio today. Walked in without an appointment, and was seen to right away, they ensured i knew the costs and exactly what i wanted before we got started so there were no surprises or issues.
Thrilled with the colour job that was provided for me today.
I live in Melbourne but will gladly return for further needs in the future, when we are back.

I went there today and Karen did an amazing job. So happy with how it turned out. I got half head foils and a cut, blow dry and hair straightened. So much better than it was before. Great work, thanks again Karen!

I’m from the uk visiting family here and every time I come I always get my hair restyled by Lisa always a great cut and style and feels good too

The ladies were friendly when I visited last month. However I wasn't very happy with my haircut. I had my fringe cut but it was really uneven and I didn't notice until I got home.

Popped down for a quick haircut on my lunch break.i expressed how little time I had and was just in for a trim. Halfway through the haircut the hairdresser asked if I wanted layers. I said sure chuck a few in. A couple of cuts later and she mentions because of the layers the cut would be $150! The hairdresser then had the apprentice start blowdrying my spray bottle damp hair and walked off. I told the apprentice I didn't want it dryed, I just want to pay and leave. The apprentice said she had to do what she was told and seemed scared to disobey the hairdresser. An hour later I was finally out of there. The staff did not listen and where rude. I will not be back

Do not let your children be exploited by this employer. They lie to my daughter, told her they would give her an apprenticeship, had her work 2 weeks of 6 full days, some 12 hours long, then did not pay her and told her it was a trial the told her it was a traineeship, paid her $8 ph treated her very, very badly. She’s 14 turning 15 in Feb.
I have found out that this is a serial behaviour for this employer.
Please don’t support this kind of child exploitation.

When I booked I asked for a price twice and wasn't given one, returned for the cut and the owner was chewing the ear off another staff member right behind me, felt very awkward to be sitting there hearing that while getting the service. I got a spray down and trim and it came to $85! Far too expensive for a haircut when I didn't even get a blow dry or a wash!
Though I will say lovely cut, and my stylist Karen was really nice. Was going home to colour my hair myself afterwards and she advised me not to use what I had purchased as it would damage my hair, and made a recommendation which was very kind.

Probably wouldn't go here if you want Blonde foils, lady would walk away from as im explaining what I wanted or talk over me.she was distracted by what was going on on in the centre rather than the job at hand, dull colour and faded quickly, a complete waste of money!

Really professional, Lisa, the owner, knows her work extremely well. Staff friendly, and sell Clickncurl, which was a bonus. Very reasonable pricing also.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went for what was supposed to be a full head of foils and im left with patchy hair, what already looks like regrowth as most of it did not go near the root. I still have brassy hair all over the top section even though they “fixed” it with extra foils. They also did not cover me correctly and destroyed a shirt of mine. While also been left to wait stupid amounts of time i sat in a chair for 30 minutes waiting for my hair to get blowdryed but i may as well of just let it air dry. Such a poor experience and the worst my hair has ever been done. They do have an absolutely wonderful staff member called Bella I think though. But do not recommend.

They gave me the colour I wanted and a great cut and style to go with it. So friendly and helpful while I had so many questions

Wow. Last 15 hair cuts have been here. Bella is so far beyond her years as an apprentice doing trim fades on me the last 4 times and turned out perfect Lisa is teaching well and also has done my hair to perfection. Forever client here - Adzy

I had my hair cut, i told the lady how i wanted it cut and the length i wanted it kept, i got a different hair style to the one i asked for and it was too short. Totally did not listen to me. Also was quoted a price at the counter before starting, then at the end the price went up by $15, looking back now i should not have paid the extra amount. I will not return.

Vincent was my stylist and did an awesome job correcting a previously botched haircut. High quality technique and result. He also expertly highlighted my hair. All staff were friendly and attentive. My experience was very positive.

Disgusting customer service - every hairdresser that approached me made me feel so uncomfortable as they told me about how much they hated eachother as opposed to focusing on my treatment. In addition, the treatment was very poor quality with lumps of my hair not being treated properly - a waste of my time and money. Would not recommend!

I walked in and received a good trim and some layering that took less then 20 minutes. No wash just a spray bottle to dampen the hair. Went up to pay and it was 85$. I guess I should have asked before hand what the prices were but for God sakes I was expecting a reasonable price for a trim. Make your pricing visible for your customers!

Walked in straight from work, got served a beer and had a good laugh. Great haircut too. Definitely my new local barber.

Do not complete a trial at this place. My daughter went for an interview at 10: 15. Immediately they asked her to trial til 5: 30, without any notice. The trial was unpaid, which is fine, however they never got back to her once her trial was over, despite her ringing the salon on 3 occasions. How hard is it to text saying ‘ thanks - but no thanks ‘? Completely unprofessional and devoid of social etiquette. Avoid.
