Booked in for a massage with Yu Ling and was amazed with the treatment and diagnosis.
I have been having a monthly deep tissue massage for a number of years since having two discs removed from my neck after a car accident and find this alleviates the tension in my neck and shoulders.
I also do a lot of walking which over time has resulted in plantafaciatis and knee joint problems.
Yu Ling was very thorough and explained in detail how to alleviate my problems.
Very professional and thoroughly recommended.

I was referred to this establishment through my Doctor … had no idea it was right under my nose. The service was second to none, I felt very welcomed and looked after, the receptionist was so helpful and the Doctor was very compassionate and caring to my needs. I know from this one encounter that I’m in good hands. I will definitely make Head 2 Toe Solution a place I visit regularly for the many “other” health changing courses they have on offer.
