We got exceptional service from Vivian Yang at the Cannington branch. We had multiple memberships and issues we needed advice on, and she sorted through each one patiently, went through all the documentation and made sure to follow up with us a couple with an update on our case. Can't thank you enough, Vivian!
No recommended, I regarded to this office in carousel HCF private insurance accidently and decided to be member of my health insurance, but unfortunately I started discuss with one employer and unfortunately forgot her name, and one other Asian man was there like a other staffs, they weren't been polite peoples
and no good attitudes, looks grumpy and arrogant never recommended.
So rude and no experienced.meanwhile I'm so happy I'll never back there and advise with this reckless persons.
It was such a pleasure being served by Sonia at the Carousel Shopping Centre. She was not only very knowledgeable in the insurance product but also very helpful and friendly.
A few weeks later my wife and I went back to her with a few queries and she served us just as well. We walked away feeling great and being valued. She will no doubt be our go to person there. Thank you so much Sonia. Love your service.
After calling the customer service line several times about a claim, I was getting a different answer from each staff I spoke to. The different responses shows staff are not aware of the processes. Dean working at the Cannington branch was so helpful and cleared up the issue. He showed he has understanding of the claims process. A big Thank you to him.
No one answers a phone, no one answers an email, your 131334 number keeps on cutting me off. You must be the worse ever health fund ever! I need to go in to hospital tomorrow morning but no luck from you guys what so ever.
I was served by Peter Liu on April this year. He was very helpful and speak with a cheerful voice. He provided a lot of information and tried his best to find the most suitable plan for my needs. I ended up signing a hospital + extras cover from him.
Two months have past, this afternoon I visited Peter with some questions. Again, he answered all of my questions in detail with his helpful attitude even though it was a busy period.
I would have rated 10 stars if Google allows me to. Will definitely recommend HCF Carousel to my friends and family!

We got served by Dean Cashmore who is super helpful. He tried his best to explain to us although it was very noisy at the kiosk. Hopefully they get a store at the centre soon.
Dam old racist. You can sell OVHC. You have flyers of OVHC. But you don't have access to database and can't serve OVHC clients.
Bree was very helpful and courteous in clearing my queries and also submitting my claims. The only thing i had to do was Sign at the bottom of the paper. SO EASY.such people make things look so good.

Excellent Customer Service Excellent customer response time, helpful & personable assistance with advising about new across the board insurance health reforms. HCF can be pleased with Solomon as their customer service person as he has been extremely patient with endless questions and been extremely helpful. 5 stars!
On the 23rd of October at 9: 00am I went to HCF to receive a rebate for a claim for a surgery that happened over a month ago. Upon arrival I showed the customer service rep my Medicare benefits statement and they told me the form was incorrect and I needed to go back to Medicare to get the form corrected.
So I did that. I went to Medicare and waited for over an hour for the staff to tell me the form was correct and that this was even stated on the bottom of the form. I returned to the HCF booth and spoke with the same customer service rep again, and said what had happened and that I didn't appreciate having an hour of my time wasted. In response to this the customer service rep became very defensive in an extremely aggressive and rude manner. If that is all it takes for this "customer service rep" to get riled up he's pretty terrible at his job, isn't he?
We spoke for a few minutes with me stating what Medicare had told me, and him continuing to defend himself aggressively saying that "Do you think this is the first claim form I've done, I've done this before and wasn't wasting your time. " This conversations quickly ended with him refusing to serve me. I asked him for his name which he also refused to give me- obviously due to not wanting to get into trouble for his utter lack of respect and poor customer service skills.
So I do not know his name, but he was the only male worker who was working on this day at 9am.
My family have only been with HCF for about 2 months since leaving our other fund as HCF offered a better price, however, from this it is quite clear that the better price comes from having completely unqualified workers who excel at completely wasting your time. This is a good a reason as any to absolutely consider going back to our old fund. HCF staff are rude and just love to waste your time.
If I could I would rate 0 star for their completely inexperienced, rude and aggressive customer service rep.
