HCF

I went to HCF today to ask a question because I received an email yesterday from HCF in which I read they are going to give a 120 dollars voucher to each member. The staff was very good service friendly, i am saying this because he listened to all my questions and he answered them one by one.

I had a fantastic experience at hCF Joondalup today 25.2.22, was welcomed warmly and dealt with professionally by Jamie. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I came away with all my questions answered.

The customer service is terrible. They find every excuse in the book not to process the claims. But the Joondalup branch is really good, the guy there sorted out my claim in seconds.

I called the call centre multiple times and I was forced to go into the Joondalup branch. Jamie helped me within a matter of minutes. He was awesome.

Nice and friendly, not quite as a good deal as I usually get but at least I was treated well, and like a customer should be treated.thanks.

Have tried ringing our local branch twice now on different days and no-one picks up. So decided to ring the national line where I was put on hold so the operator could check my query and then to be cut off without a call back from the operator I felt was inappropriate.

“Over-promised, under-delivered”. Don’t know it’s good value or not, until I tried to lodge a claim.

The customer services at joondalup is absolutely terrible. I was told that it was lunch time when it was my turn after waited a while in the queue. But i was told to wait there.

I use HCF as my private health insurance provider, but also as a health care professional. In both scenarios, the team at HCF Joondalup are superb - they are all lovely human beings and also very efficient and knowledgeable. A credit to HCF
