Shame on you HBF! After YEARS off paying top private hospital cover. I finally needed you! I was told I needed eye surgery straight away. I had no idea! I knew my vision wasn’t good but to be told I was clinically blind and would be totally blind in months. I thought I would be covered but nooo sorry not covered for cataract surgery! After saying I was going to be blind in months, I was then offered to go up to private cover GOLD! But I’d have to wait 12 months. Sure, shall I go blind, lose my job, probably my house and my sanity whilst you sit there counting the money I’ve been paying you for over 20 years!
So I have less than a week to come up with $8000!
Thank you HBF FOR BEING THERE WHEN I NEEDED YOU! You will NEVER get another cent out of me! You should be ashamed!

The young lady and gentlemen helped us and it was great to be served pleasantly i will be back,
Dr. Elissa was very friendly and professional. She explained the steps of the procedure as she went along and was very concise in her actions. There was no wasted time or long periods waiting when you think your jaw's going to come unhinged! The assistant Alexa was great as well! Really good team.

Very friendly service, a lady came up to us while we were seating and was trying to help us with our claim. She was unable to help but she went on to help a few old ladies who had just walked in.
Dissapointing service
I went there to claim for my daughter's braces so I could pay the deposit as I previously did with my other daughter. I was told bluntly by a very rude staff that the claim was not allowed. When I explained to her about my previous claim she
basically said that it shouldn't had been allowed. I went to the main branch in the city and they approved my claim straight away. My sister did her claim for her son's braces in Joondalup and did not have any problems. Our Ortho clinic did warn us about this branch. Very dissapointing.
If I could give negative review, I would give less than one star
I never had to deal with a incompetent Insurance like HBF, specially this branch in Morley.
-HBF refused to pay any claims we did, it seems like they have always a
reason not to cover
-We went to few branches but all of them couldn't help us because they
didn't know our story. It seems like no one knows how HBF works and
they work for them. It's sad that they do not know how their business works. No wonder that they couldn't help us. OR IT'S THEIR TACTIC TO GET RID OFF THEIR COSTUMER WITHOUT PAYING THE CLAIMS
-After we got pushed around without result, one branch told us that we are under a wrong cover that doesn't suit us and we need another cover that will cost even more.
-After we had enough of HBF we went to this branch in Morley to cancel our cover and switch to another Insurance.
-FIRST the lady who served me got so angry with me that she decided to send me to the manager. REALLY what is this for a costumer service?
-SECOND the manager cancelled all of our policy and I thought finally we are free, BUT 2 months later I had to make another payment, because my premium is still running and not canceled it.
The consultant woman was rude to me by saying she is not wearing glasses she doesn't know when I was asking about the benefit I could possibly get from my optical policy! Because I was a little confused by the different type of glasses lens, and each different catelogies has different benefits. Cannot believe it!
During a busy hour but on a weekday when most would be working, I was waiting less than a few minutes before I was given quick and accurate service in order to deal with a claim and confirm I had full coverage of a medical cost I'd received prior.
Was done quickly and professionally, pleasant experience with the staff and I didn't wait nearly as long as I'd have expected.
