The HBF staffs at Joondalup lakeside mall are very friendly and helped me to start the appropriate health cover.

Belinda was SO helpful and extremely kind, she went above and beyond to help me and even went through the app step by step with my mother on how to make a claim. She is such a lovely person and she really made my day, THANKYOU so much, deffinately will come back to you in the future if I’m stuck again:)

Gemma was amazing on reception and fully understood my fear of going to the dentist and made me feel so comfortable! To top it off Dr James Andrews has been great with my dental work and very understanding of my fear at the dentist. I would highly recommend and am definitely not so nervous about my next visit! Thank you)

I had a wisdom tooth removed last week and couldn't have been better looked after. Everyone from the reception staff, the dental assistant and the Dr himself were amazing from start to finish.

Went over the weekend to ask for a health insurance for me and my partner.
The customer service lady helping us was not interested and seemed racist. Kept calling us migrants after telling her few times we were residents of Australia.

The staff member who served me this morning was efficient and polite. How ever the Customer number system didn't seem to be used/working and there was quite a long wait. People were being served out of order.

What is point of having ambulanc cover and whan you use it not cover under policy.
