I had a very bad experience with Hays, they never answer your emails and calls, even when they contact you and you take the time to answer them, they don't. I'm not sure if all of them, but at least David Chilalama is very bad, he promises you shifts and then he doesn't answer your calls HORRIBLE

Hopeless. Can never find me work up North, despite having job advertisements all over the net for the same very role I'm doing? The consultants stop responding to calls/emails when they can't find you anything, terrible customer service and communication. If you can't find me work or don't want to find me work, just tell me.

They said they definitely going to call me THREE months ago. Called them today only to find out that they will pass my details to the manager now and the manager WILL call me. Just keep going in circles, NICE!

The BAD reviews already existing on here are 100% STILL applicable even now.

They take on anyone wanting to be a consultant- doesn’t matter if they can’t even speak English, have ZERO experience in this area and are extremely rude and arrogant. They only land offers for clients in places where there is severe existing issues already.

They are not at all professional, don’t know about customer service and couldn’t care less about you as the client - which the ‘manager’ will proudly inform you as well. Once you’ve been hooked, they don’t even communicate with you as the client and make deals behind your back.

My agent oliva has been great. It's a long process and I know they are very busy but Olivia always does her best to get back to me so thank you:)

The experience I had with them was really disappointing, I thought Hay recruitment is the number one agency not only in Perth but in the whole of Australia, but that was extremely wrong. I had an interview with one of them workers, he made me waiting for him for more than 30 min in the office after the appointment time. On the next day, he called me again to organize another interview to be with his client and he gave me a time and a date for the interview. I called him and left a voice mail before the interview date to double-check with the time but he didn't answer. I had to call the office to reach him, and then he said your interview was cancelled. That was really unprofessional and time wasted. I do totally understand I have not been successful for that role but at least they need to work professionally

I can always rely on HAYS to source me employment contracts at the drop of a hat and negotiate great wages on my behalf.
