I have been seeing Dr Jack for a few months and I'm so glad I decided to make the switch from my previous chiro. I have struggled with back pain for years due to a past injury and after every session I feel instant relief. I've managed to avoid a major flair up which in the past have been hard to manage. Highly recommend Jack and his team!

Vikki really helped me, I can not recommend this wonderful woman enougth,

I have been seeing Dr Vikki and can not recommend her enough, I find her very knowledgeable, caring and just knows what my body needs, I had very little movement in my neck and Dr Vikki has helped tremendously.

I was fortunate enough to stumble across Haynes Health Chiropractic clinic as I suffer from terrible tension in my back, neck and jaw. I knew I wanted a female Dr and I was lucky enough to end up having Vicki. I can not sing her praises loud enough. She has been a God sent and goes above and beyond to help me. I have much better back and neck movement since Vicki has been helping me. She has a wide range of techniques and is able to give me advice and tools to implement at home and work. She has quite a gentle approach which made me feel a lot better as someone who was slightly apprehensive at first.
Definitely recommend this clinic (Vicki in particular), not to mention all staff at the clinic are super lovely and welcoming.

I chanced upon Haynes Health Chiropractic as my regular wasn’t open over the Easter long-weekend, and what a blessing Dr Vikki was to me and my agonising back pain. She was very thorough on the first consult and she took her time with me. I didn’t feel rushed, unlike some places where they’d just want to be done with you and get you out. Dr Vikki was really patient and ensured that I was taken care of from head to toe before she sent me on my way. I felt so much better after her treatment and within 24 hours my back felt restored to 90%.

More importantly, I was really touched at how both my children, aged 2 and 4 years old, were treated at the facility. Not only toys and stationery was available for them, but Lauren who worked at the front desk on that day took care of them while I received my treatment, giving me complete peace of mind while I got my back sorted. When we returned the following week, Shawn who was tending the desk that day offered similar kindness towards my little ones.

Every step of the way from the online booking, treatment, parking, and customer service get five gold stars from me. Thank you, Dr Vikki and your amazing team!

Jack is a magician! If i could give 10 stars i would!

Walking in on my very first session with Jack i was in alot of pain i could barely walk let alone stand up straight. I presented with a 7.5mm bulge (on the larger side) in my L5.straight away jack explained to me what was happening to me and explained how he was going to treat me.he told me that bulges usually take 6-12 weeks to go back in but that time can be reduced with the proper ongoing treatment! He goes 'we're going to be laughing about this in a few weeks time trust me. ' So i did!

Jack would ALWAYS ask how i was first thing in our sessions and has gotten me back to work in 7 weeks of treatments. We were also constantly brain storming things that i could do outside of the sessions to help me especially when sleeping!

On days where i couldnt see an end to the pain and my fear would take over, jack was ALWAYS so comforting and reassuring.l and created a safe space to express how i was feeling.and on days where i was winning jack felt that win too! He emerses himself in your treatment back to recovery and a win for you is a win for him too! Jack really takes the time to listen to you, care for you mixed with a very gentle tailored approach to treating spinal injuries, i am elated by what he and i have achieved over 7 weeks! Spinal injuries are slow to heal and the recovery pain is not linear and jack explained this as we went along always reassuring me!

What jack has managed to acheive for me in such a short amount of time is incredible and i am so so grateful that i was referred onto him by a dear friend.

I am back driving dump trucks and can sit pain-free now! Unheard of for me 7 weeks ago! Miracle! Thank you Dr. Jack Haynes you have given me back my mobility, helped alleviate my nerve pain and given me back my sense of freedom! And its safe to say i can now actually laugh again! Dr Jack is an amazing chiro. He is very caring and his approach to treatment is a very slow, thorough one that will definitely leaving you feeling better than when you walked in.
