Had the most unfortunate experience. Manicurist booked me in for natural nails after having a conversation about acrylic nails. Due to misinformation I confirmed the booking when I could have easily had my nails done for a much cheaper price at a store two doors away. Offered acrylic nails at an outlandish price I just couldn't afford. Walk out with incomplete service. Nails filed and clear colour coated for 40 dollars.

I’ve had many services at The Haven and have been very happy with the quality of products. The girls are all very friendly and well trained and the salon is relaxing, clean and I can always get appointments. Would highly recommend this business.

I had a signature facial on NYE and it exceeded my expectations. It was such a peaceful environment and felt so luxurious. The facial was the best I have had in a very long time using such good quality products. I will certainly be driving from Perth to Mandurah just to go again! My skin was absolutely glowing a couple days later and still is. The massage between the facial treatments was amazing and the uttermost care was taken for my comfort. I couldn’t recommend the haven more!

I got my mum a gift card for this place to treat herself to a nice treatment for her birthday. So disappointing to hear as she said the staff were rude to her and quite judgmental, the treatment wasn't that great and her overall experience was horrible. I usually don't leave bad reviews but unfortunately I have to. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

I went for an eyebrow wax a week ago and enquired about "laser treatment". She booked me for a consult with a lady who I find very rude and racist. She started talking about IPL even though I booked in for laser consult. First of all I have had laser before. She could have said no as soon as made the enquiry. I am pretty sure I looked like an Indian when I went in for eyebrow wax.today she was asking about my ethnicity and how it's not possible to do IPL with my skin tone. To top it all, I was there for 5 minutes, this rude lady was sitting on a chair and talking while I (the customer) was still standing.didn't even bother to offer a chair.will never come back for any service. I am a person who don't leave negative reviews online. But you deserved a big one.

Another brilliant experience visiting this amazing salon, the staff here are the best! So so friendly non judgemental and so helpful, I won’t be going anywhere else! Thanks ladies so much

Excellent place. Had an amazing facial with such a lovely lady. She made me feel at ease and my skin felt great!

First wax in years so I was nervous but the lovely young lady made me feel relaxed and it was over very quickly.

My best friend and her daughter had the absolutely perfect start to our birthdays. All 3 of us had fabulous facials, the salon is a beautiful tranquil setting and the staff were all wonderful & very professional. Special thanks to Abbi, Gemma & Louise for their exceptional customer service. They also provided a scrumptious platter for us to snack on after in the relaxation room. We all floated out of there feeling very relaxed and special. Highly recommended.

I go here nearly every time I'm in Mandurah. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and their prices are fair. I recommend my family and friends all the time.

Had an amazingly relaxing experience. Brilliant massage with an incredible ambiance. Ladies are very friendly and very professional. I went with my wife, we were on side by side tables and both came away completely destressed. Highly recommended.

Not usually one for "pampering" but have become a devotee since attending here. Amazing what a difference some expert care can make! Fab atmosphere, friendly, know their stuff, and have an amazing array of beautiful treatments. Exceptional staff. Highly recommend.

Had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, they were done horribly. They were almost black, way too dark for my skin and they ended up so bushy. The shape was not right, would not recommend to anyone.

Really disappointed. Was going here a year ago for lashes, never had a problem and were always amazing. Done by Gwen.
I’ve recently moved back here and Went to start getting my eyelashes done again by a new lady. I requested to have a certain size and curl as you do for eyelash extensions and she didn’t have anything I wanted. I just went along with what she recommended as I desperately needed them done for an event. They came out terribly. They were falling out that night. And after three days I didn’t have any lashes left. Such a waste of money. I now went back to get a new set because I was told on multiple occasions she would order the specific eyelash extensions I wanted. I even confirm this multiple times before going in. I went in for a 2 o’clock appointment and didn’t get seen until 3 o’clock to be told she doesn’t have the lashes I had requested. Whilst lying there she continued on with pure attitude telling me there’s nothing she can do. No apologies no empathy nothing just pure attitude like she could not be bothered dealing with it. I then said okay I’m just going to leave in which she proceeded to say yes that sounds like a good idea. Since leaving which was about 40 minutes ago I have had three missed calls from them. I answered the 4th to a girl name Morgan telling me she’s returning a missed call. I did not call them. She was very rude saying well I have a missed call so I’m just returning it and I said I did not ring please take my number out of the system as I will never be coming back. She then proceeded to say well what do you want me to do about it. She then called back again and I answered and got hung up on. I sincerely hope the owners reconsider who they are hiring. I would be so embarrassed.

I’ve been coming to Haven for a while now for waxing. Each and every time has been amazing. All the girls are so lovely and very professional. Today I also had my very first massage there and wow it was absolutely beautiful. I feel so relaxed. It will definitely be a regular thing. Thanks ladies

Had my third massage with Anne Marie this morning. If you haven't been before then you are missing out. My neck and shoulders were in tight knots and giving me a headache. All good now and I fref great. Seriously relaxed.
