I have been seeing Mel for years and absolutely love her services! She helped me re build and shape my eyebrows beautifully through waxing and henna, now I have them tattooed. I could not recommend her business more. Also my go to for makeup and eye lash lifts.

Mel & Talia are the best they’ve saved my skin from being so congested and breakout-prone after wearing face masks for so long! I get the microdermabrasion & chem peel treatment and notice a difference nearly immediately and get so many compliments on my skin afterwards. Mel is extremely good at what she does. My brows have never looked better since iv been going to her. Iv also been having Microdermabrasion and peels for my skin and my face has cleared up so much and my skin looks flawless, im extremely happy with my results. I stumbled across Mel by complete accident and decided to give her a try because of the convenience of location after having only ever seen my previous trusted brow lady for the past few years. Was instantly amazed by the incredible job she did on my brows and how professional and welcoming she was! Mel is SO consistent in getting my brows right every single time and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job now. I have also previously had lash lift & tints and love the results! I suffer from extremely sensitive eyes and the treatment is usually unbearable but Mel was the first to be able to provide this treatment almost completely pain free which was incredible.

Mel is amazing! Brows and lashes are always perfection! Great service and beautiful space. Could never go anywhere else since getting my brows done here. Also had my makeup done by Talia and was so happy with it.

Asking a friend how she gets her eyebrows so good and it turns out Mel sorts that for her! I booked in as soon as I was able for a henna eyebrow dye and wax late last year. Obviously the shape does take a bit of work and a few appointments to really grow in to the look that you're after but honestly the calming demeanour, the amazing professionalism and just the pure knowledge that Mel brings to every appointment whilst also doing an amazing job at taking care of my crazy brows is impeccable. I feel so lucky to have found such a beautiful human being who now takes care of my eyebrows every single time. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you so much for everything so far and I will see you soon!

Mel has been doing my brows for years and I recently got the eyebrow tattooing. There’s no one I’d trust more as she’s always perfected the right tint and shape for my face. She talks you through the process and makes sure your comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!

I’ve had multiple services here and would recommend it to anyone! Every 4 weeks I get my brows done and always feel like a brand new person, Mel never disappoints! Talia and Mel have both on multiple occasions done amazing makeup looks on me and known what to do when I had no clue what I wanted to get done. 10/10 recommend the facials as well. My favourite is the deluxe microdermabrasion with the included massage and face mask, but the dermaplaning is also really nice and left my skin feeling so fresh. Mel and talia are so professional and always great for a chat during the service ️

I've been going to Haus of Arches (previously known as MelNaylor) for years! She does the nicest brows and all my waxing needs! This company is amazing for all their beauty services 10/10 would recommend
