Guy just couldn't get just wanted fast charge cord but none for Samsung 21 had to but 1x c to c and a lighter plug which only took c. Come on Hedland pick up your act there is more than just Apple products

I came back today to change the laptop (bought 2 days ago) with a better one. The staff is really helpful and professional. I recommend the shop, cheers guys.

Barachois gave me excellent advices about how could I keep a good quality for my drone's pictures when I want to import them on another phone or laptop. He was really smiling and we can feel that he takes care of his customers and it's not only for sell something.
Really good feeling, the shop was clean and tidy, I recommand!

Usually like the place and have brought a bit there, always had free delivery, this time we only spent about $700.guess what no free delivery. Happy with the products.

Honestly the most horrible experience. Do not expect a refund or exchange from owner/manager at Port Hedland WA Shane Driver, as he will refuse and say he’s the owner and nothing you can do about it. Would not recommend. Reported owner to Fair Trading.

Relaxed and knowledgeable staff. After returning home with the purchase, we realised it was damaged, owners and staff assessed the situation and offered a replacement free of charge, and we're open and constructive in the circumstances. Will shop again!

I've always found Harvey Norman Port Hedland computers to have awesome Customer Service. They never try to sell you stuff that you don't want & are very knowledgeable. I've never had problems returning faulty products. Will continue to shop here

GOOD JOB HARVEY NORMAN PORT HEDLAND COMPUTERS NOT ONCE BUT TWICE I TOOK MY MICROSOFT SURFACE GO BACK FOR REFUND AS IT WAS FAULTY. THE DEVICE GOT BACK TO MICROSOFT WHO SAID DEVICE CAN NOT BE FIXED. WAS STILL REFUSED REFUND. MADE REPORT TO HARVEY NORMAN HEAD OFFICE. WITHIN 1 HOUR I HAD PHONE CALL THAT I WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND BUT WAS ASKED NOT TO SHOP AT HARVEY NORMAN AGAIN. I WAS ALSO OCCUSED OF BEING AGGRESSIVE HOWEVER SPOKE TO STAFF OUTSIDE OF THE STORE AND WAITED FOR MANAGER OUTSIDE THE STORE. NOT REALLY AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR. I WAS ARGUED WITH FOR 4 HOURS OVER THE CONSUMER LAWS CLEARLY STATED ON CHECKOUT AREA AROUND MY REFUND REQUEST. WAS TOLD I AM DEFINITELY WRONG AND WOULD NOT BE GETTING REFUND. HOWEVER AFTER TALKS OF GOING TO COURT IN THE MATTER A SIMPLE COMPLAINT TO HARVEY NORMAN HEAD OFFICE I GOT A REFUND. GUESS I WAS RIGHT. HMM GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Helpful with useful information. Needed a new fridge, staff had good knowledge and didn't try and sell products that didn't suit me. Overall happy.

I bought a smartwatch at another Harvey Norman (Karratha) and the manager at that shop and their people were useless. In the end, he just tried to sell me the same smartwatch after I used mine and stop working after 4 months I used. Even when I tried to use the warranty. He didn´t care at all.

Until I visit the store at Port Hedland, decided to visit the shop here and see if there was any solution to my problem. I was surprised by how the manager and her staff have handled the whole situation since the beginning.

I am thankful for all the effort and help you bring me during this process. You guys you are the best. I am coming back.
