5 stars to the gentleman in the HiFi department and the lovely cashier. 1 star to the pretentious sales rep in the IT/games department who belittled a warehouse worker and chuckled about it. I've got respect for the warehouse worker who bit his tongue and continued on.

I bought a 2.6KW air con there, but the electricians recommended by HN wouldn't install it because they considered it too small for mu unit (under 30sqm). Went back and asked if they have another team of installer and I was told they won't install it for me.

Went to buy Oven, fridge & washing machine. Stood around for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Felt invisible. Losers! Good Guys and Retro Vision ended up getting my business. Service at both places leaves Harvey Norman for dead... Harvey Norman O'Connor you are a joke.

Worst Customer service! Went to ask for help and Steve gave the most attitude and absolute worst customer service! Was not helpful BUT even snarky and condescending!
We never recommend this Harvey Norman and never return!

Bought sofa. Cost another bur turns out cheaply made. This was within 12 months. Not sitting but lying down. Think if I was fatish. (14% body fat) would be ten times worse. Cost repair is over $600.

I went here looking for a radio the sales team couldn't be bothered serving me and told me check them out yourself so many plugs couldn't find one to match the one I wanted so left to buy somewhere else

Went in to buy a vacuum and I was so lucky to experience the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Tino served us and was an absolute delight, would come back just to experience his friendly and efficient service. Harvey Norman you struck gold with him.

Thank you to John Stasse in the TV dept at HN O’Connor, he assisted me in getting a new TV for the first time in many years, he was attentive and patient while we looked for a TV that had to fit in a specific spot at home
A decision was made with John’s assistance and he even tuned the TV for me then and there so that all I had to do when I got home was plug it in and away it went
It was late in the day and nothing was too much trouble for John, he even carried the TV out to the car, into the boot and off we went, I hope the management at O’Connor fully appreciate what a good person John is, we certainly do and we are not young I can assure you and TV technology is way beyond us, so thanks again John S you are amazing

Firstly, I highly recommend visiting the store after you have visited other stores, only then you will realise how much you have saved! I bought a tv and couldn’t be happier with the purchase and the price!

They only thing better than the product I bought was the service. I arrived at the store and two gentlemen (Tino and Prince) were in the electronic department. They were polite and really genuine. It honestly felt like talking to a friend rather a sales person! Helpful, new what they were talking about and very welcoming!

10/10 rating!

Very disappointing, the amount of money that you pay for chairs and they will barely last you two years without having tears and rips in the fabric.for an expensive set of chairs you would expect them to last longer then two years and still be in a good condition.

Tracey in the photo shop was so helpful recently when she assisted a technically challenged individual (me!) to print off a photo of our beloved recently departed Labrador when I hadn’t saved the photo correctly to my device. Much appreciated!

Purchased a new fridge and washing machine. Was told washing machine was in stock but would need to wait app 2 weeks for fridge. No probs we said. 4 weeks later no call from Harvey Norman so I called and they said fridge will be in next month.another 4 week wait. Not happy so they managed to get the fridge in the following week only to then be told that the washing machine wasn't available but that they would call another store and would call us back.and guess what.no call back so I had to follow up with them again!
Finally they said they have both items and will be delivered today in the morning. So I've just emptied out the fridge and we've just received a call to say so sorry but delivery driver has Covid so it will be delivered tomorrow.

Ok, I had a feeling that it wasn't going to get delivered today as we've had such a run around with them. And it's unfortunate that the driver has Covid.but.surely such a big business would have backup in place especially in this current climate we are in. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Why bother with Ikea, just go to Harvey Norman for flat pack furniture.
My wife ordered a dining suite for her elderly mother and it was delivered as a flat pack, bloody cheek if you ask me.

I was served by salesman name Tyler, he serve me very well and treat us like a king. He know how to appreciate his customer, in fact i bought 12 Fujitsu split aircon for my new build houses.
Very satisfied with Harvey norman o connor.
