The Installers done a great job and left the site clean when they finished.
Very happy with the quality of the products supplied.
*** Highly recommend *** Great customer service, very competitive prices. For example I bought a Sony 4K TV for $1999 last week Tues. This week the price dropped to $1495 or $500 off all of their Sony models. I called up to ask if they could price match it, and they did. As I had finance they re-worked the paper work for me and now saved me the extra $500 off my payments. I was very grateful they could of refused, but where very polite.that is why I keep coming back to this store.
Great to deal with. And gave me a discounted price.

Today, with cash in hand, we went to the Mandurah store to make a purchase. On arrival we found the product we were looking for, and we waited for a HN rep to come and assist with the purchase. We were looking around and could see reps standing around - not helping, avoiding eye contact etc. Finally someone came past and I asked if they were available to help. The response was "yep, on this side of the store". Expressing that this person was not available to assist us on the side of the store that we were in.
It was abundantly clear that this person was not interested in finding someone to assist us either. So disappointing.
At this point, we walked out and went to The Good Guys and dropped the cash. Won't be back.
Excellent service from Adrian tonight. He was so helpful and knowledgeable in directing us to the best washing machine for our needs. No pushy sales pitch, just honest and informative. Thank you

Returned a $350 rug after 36 hours to upgrade to a larger $995 more suitable one. The rug was rolled up all the time we had it in our possession other than the time it took to a ascertain it was too small and was being returned in perfect condition. Harvey Norman have a policy not to accept rugs back after 24 hours which is their right. I have a policy not to deal with companies with inflexible policies.
Disgusting service from tbe manager in charge of appliances this afternoon, bought a foot warmer Massager for my wife after her leg surgery. After opening the packet ot was clear ot was not going to work.
They were very upfront and said no chance of a refund, we have refunded anything for along time in this store. It's a individual franchise and we can do what we want. I said there are no signs or information saying no refunds, was not explained this before purchase.
I was getting upset by this stage and wanted to talk to someone to resolve it, he said there's a phone number online. But rolled his eyes and eventually wrote ot down.
Then says I am threatening him and I'm agreesive, and said I have called the police. I have spent alot of money in this store, tried doing something for my wife who I'm caring 24/7 for. Then to be trusted like this is upsetting and Disgusting.

Best shopping experience i have ever had Donna from lounge suites was unbelievable in her customer service and professionalism she gave us a great deal better than bunbury store and made the whole experience in shopping for and buying a lounge to the next level i now will be going no where else.
Went in looking for a new sofa, quite a good range but very pricey. Young man (i belive his name was Tom) helped us and was very helpful, but then when we came back the next week, Tom was not there anymore and the staff were not as helpful. Quite pushy, didn't end up buying anythng

Staff carnt do anuff for you. But covid and China producing most of the electrical goods in store is causing a waite for electrical equipment in stores
A large retail store with furniture, electronics and Home products. Electronics section has been revamped since I was last there. Large parking area out front. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
So I buy almost everything from harvey Norman for my house I called up to make sure they had something in stock and told them to put one a side they took my number after driving all that way I was told when they were putting it on hold some one brought it this wasn't a small priced item I got there after getting money out waited 30 mins to be served as the person at the front desk said go wait with the tv's and some one will be with me I waited. Then I got served and they said it was in the whare house so waited anther 15mins. Then they got back to me and said the sales person sold it as I put it on hold didn't get a call so I wasted money driving all that way to pick it up. After he said that he told me to try jb HiFi or good guys wasn't helpful or try find anther store wasnt even worried that this happened with in 1 hour of me ringing then driving all that way.just waste of my time and that would be the last time I buy anything from there to get treated like that but the good guys in mandrah was unreal the service I got from them very very help ful I would be taking my cash to them from now was in there for like 10 mins and finished the sale. Customer service is very big for me even if it costs 50 bucks more I rather give it to a store what cares
Staff not really helpful to be honest, specifically the young lady at thd desk. A bit of emotional intelligence is a must for those who work in retail.
Wide and varied range of furniture and bedding and computers and white goods and electrical products with easy to understand sales people giving frank advice and great pricing even now that A-mart has opened across the road
Used to buy all my electrical stuff from this store. After buying a couch which is not expected to be delivered 4 weeks after it was due. Yet cancellation fees are 20% so you are stuck waiting.
Will not buy a thing from harvey norman ever again.
