The lady cashiers at the front have no idea what customer service means. No manners when dealing with a customer. Always talking loudly whenever I enter the electronics area. Talking about their day like they're in a coffee shop. I don't wanna hear your gossip you are working and representing a company. Seriously.

Worst customer service here.

Don't even bother just go to jbhifi.

Went in to buy a new phone. After looking around at different ones.we were looking for staff. 3 gents on desk chatting.we looked over, still not being acknowledged.we continued looking. Still not approached so after 15 mins said to hubby we are not going to get served here let's go.

I said to hubby wait here and I approached the counter.
I asked, excuse me gents, aren't you in the customer service industry?
Yes.was the reply.well, you've lost a $1000 phone sale.we are off to jbhifi.
OK see yay the was a salespersons reply.
With that we headed out and I went to seek out a manager.
I told her what had transpired and she apologised and asked me to point out the person.happily!
On her approach the 3 of them dispersed and one had the audacity to ask if we needed help! Too late mate I exclaimed. I pointed the gent out, turned heel and went to jbhifi.true to my word I spent $1000 there.

Bought a laptop on boxing day and the guy who helped me was very nice and quick because i knew exactly what i wanted.the girl at the register was very nice as well.

My wife sent an online request for bedding and got a quick and precise answer next morning. I visited the shop on the next day and Daisy on the bedding department was kind to give advice and show the options around. We ended up buying the product online from Harvey Norman website as the bed we have chosen is not on the floor of any store in WA.

Very slow service first time went but got served not much knowledge about product second I walked in didn't get served and walked out

Worst service, came in looking for a Macbook pro 16 inch case on the website it said they were in stock, asked a guy where it is he just pointed the direction and said over there and said he would be back to help but never came, asked another man on the computer where it is he said they weren't in stock and didn't even bother checking just sat there, asked the lady up front said they'll be at the computer section somewhere, worst customer service waited more than half an hour- worst customer service

My husband and I visited the store on Saturday looking for a samsung watch 4 charger. We were served by a lovely man, wish we got his name. But because of him we will always be shopping at Harvey Norman Malaga.

The staff very friendly and helpful help with electronic better than staff in Optus in Morley

Unprofessional customer service, told us to wait so he could have a drink of water despite sitting at his desk not doing much then proceeded to talk to his mates in between serving us who were hanging around the store.

Purchased a chef oven which was found faulty and have been waiting over two months for a replacement model - do not waste your time on Electrolux products.

Ordered a tv table and then midway through building the table we find out they sent us the wrong size stands and equipment to build it.so then we called them up and they said they would send the correct size back to us ASAP. It has been about 2 weeks since the day the new stuff was supposed to get here.

A good selection to choose from in most things you go shopping for. I do find some staff members rather zealous.

Great experience, manager gave a great discount on a display model. Would go back for sure!

Went to buy a well known brand filter, which they did not have.deliveries apparently two weeks away. Went to JB hi-fi.they had plenty of in-stock.

Was my fave go to store since 2014, pretty much bought all my household stuff there including washer, fridge, bed, dishwasher and much more! I generally still prefer HN over TGG but their delivery people today were so rude its made me look at good guys malaga for next purchases which was something I'd rather not have done.

Very good place to visit for electronic, washing machine appliances, TV, ipad, iPhone, coffee machine, accessories adapters, furniture, etc.good service and price, have discounts, would recommend this place and would come back here again anytime soon.

The product I bought is great and so was the price.
The whole experience was underwhelming mainly due to the deadpan, boring, humourless salesperson. Didn't encounter a single staff member who attempted to engage, it was as though we weren't there.

Really bad experience with them, bought a computer with them, found a crack on the cpu fan within a week aand half and they don't think its a fault and refuse to replace by a brand new on nor refound, bad attitude throughout the whole process, donot recommend at all, this is only with Tech department. Really need to rethink if you wanna shop IT with Harvey Norman malaga!

I have been going to Harvey Norman Malaga for years and bought many items. Purchased a TV the other day intended to spend a couple of k for it (spent a lot more) but the experience with the sales guy was so good, could not recommend highly enough.

Everything's sold out so the salesman tries to sell us one thing (because it's the "best" one), then realises it's not in stock and starts saying a completely different one is the best.
Watched one lady get $300 off her unit and the best my guy can offer me is $50. Yeah nah, won't be back.
