The staff member that served me was excellent, couldn't recommend the shop more because of him.

Have had mixed experiences from hardly normal in karratha until recently.
There was a bit of a comms error recently with a crossover between staff on different days. Also a possible signage error/misleading/unclear as to the storage size of a laptop I wanted for Father’s Day. I discovered a couple of weeks after purchasing that I didn’t get the laptop I thought I was getting.

Anyway shout out to Zac from the computing section for his fair solution and continued service and after sales assistance. 10/10. You can tell who has experience in retail- some have skills and some have no idea and just clock watch.

If u have been put off before maybe it’s time to roll back in for a look now.

It's a small shop with limited stock, seems to be the same price as other Harvey stores

Sells electronics, white goods, couches, beds etc. Pilbara price too. I only go here if I'm desperate.

Went in for warranty claim. Took almost 2 weeks to get the ball rolling. No TV for 3 weeks now.

Went here to select and purchase a mattress, 1st person was fantastic and asked us to come back the following day to check out a different size but same model so we were happy with the ourchase. 2 days later, other sales person was the rudest lady i have come across. Her lack of customer service, unhelpful, rude manner not only made us walk out of the store but others who were disgusted in our treatment. Went next door to Mattress Studio, greeted and sales person helped us straight away, listened to what we were after and suggested 2 options happy to pay a little extra for what we need and the service!

The manager and his team are to be commended for their service. We had a broken Samsung Tablet and the advice and service on the replacement for us Grey nomads was second to none. We also bought all the odds and ends we needed for the caravan. Really helpful and positver vibes from all the staff. With gratitude and blessings.

Friendly, attentive and helpful staff and the warehouse staff were friendly and prompt. Also had what we wanted in stock.

Exceptionally disappointed in Harvey Norman! We bought a top of the line corner module seater to last our family ten years. Only to have the foot rests bind up and the leather upholstery decompose on us! In barely 18 months
I think we will go IKEA next time as at least we have faith in the quality of their products and superior customer service.

I ordered a nearly 3,000 mobile phone from there, went in with my grandson to collect and three staff members totally ingnored us.
One was on a computer, One was walking back and forth unpacking stock and the 3rd just looked at us from a distance. WE must have been there a minimum time of 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. You have to be served to spend money. I wont be back unless i have too, being in Karratha sometimes there is no choice. I went to Retro Vision Karratha and they straight up welcomed us as we entered the store.

SUCH AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM LEVI AND CODY on multiple experiences. 100% will be shopping again thank you boys
