Excellent friendly informative service.
We came in and there was a customer being abusive to the staff he even threatened to punch the staff. The young man behind the counter handled the situation very well and as calmly as he could even tho you could see his frustration.
Be kind to or retail staff people! It's Christmas and remember while we are shopping they are working x

Sunday the 27th of august 2023 the two people that helped me fix my printer issues that i bought in the morning they went above and beyond to help me connect it via wifi direct.

Hardly Normal ain't bad, bit pricey. Sometimes they have good deals on.

I was having trouble printing photos on the computers. The costumer service was amazing and they were so helpful in trying to figure out. Thank you Dean from the Geraldton office for your patience and help.

Just go to M&B and get service, these guys are a bit half arsed.
The furniture side is really good but the computer side are just not on the ball at all.

I pre-ordered an xbox game, 1 week after the release date still no game. Staff were not helpful, blame was passed around, eventually cancelled our order and went to EBGames. I will never order through here again.

Small building and hence limit a tion in available stock, but the staff makes this place 5 star. They have always given me the best deal. Now I can confidently say that they provide the best deal in town.

The service I received was incomparable. The proprietor looked after my needs. Personal service, understanding, incredibly helpful. Not purely profit focussed. I will be a return client.

This must be the worst customer service in town.the store manager is on an obviously private phone call instead of serving customers and the staff member that bothered couldn't even find a particular phone on her own website although it was right in front of her on the screen. This is the 3rd bad experience in this particular store, last time I got totally wrong information about a product that I had researched on their website.
I'm all for shopping local but in this case will buy my new phone in Perth and order online in the future.

Not impressed. Bought a Gopro on 23/10/20 from Harvey Norman and after using it once found that water had leaked into camera lens. Took it back to HN to claim under warrantee only to be advised that I would have to contact Gopro. Not impressed as I had bought it from HN and expected them to provide Customer Service backup. I left Gopro with them and am waiting for followup before I take the matter further.

I'd have to say the service is a bit patchy.eventually I was offered good service and the staff member knew his product well.

Now let me tell ya, this store is just brilliant, great staff members and helpful customer service everytime I walk into that joint. Thomas is a top bloke and delivers outstanding customer service not only to myself but to close relatives and friends aswell. Wouldn't go anywhere else in town for my computing needs.

Lack of stock means they will rarely have what you are looking for. I have stood around for 5 minutes with no service. Best avoid if possible.

Flavia is FANTASTIC very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Some of the other staff need to absorb some of her enthusiasm

Nice and quiet, clean shop. Went into order some photos. Because it was a Sunday could not order them the same day. Would have been nice to get them there and then and I would have paid. Good customer service.
