Myself and my partner went into the store to get an extra fridge for the garage. Robbie went out of his way to get us an even further discount on the fridge and also assisted us in getting a wine fridge. Robbie was so welcoming and helpful and seemed to genuinely care about helping us!

Spiro deserves his own TV Show. HV Clearance Centres employ middle aged people who can actually speak decently to customers. This has a flow on effect on younger employees. No high pressure sales pitches. Advice is honest and accurate.

Do not deal with this business. I have waited for months for the oven I purchased to be fixed under warranty. I keep getting the run around, no assistance, no return calls and selective amnesia.

After getting amost no customer service from local retail stores while looking for a dishwasher and leaving totally confused, I popped into Harvey Norman Clearance store to have a quick look. Enter Pav, whose knowledge of dishwashers was as outstanding as was his eagerness to go the extra mile for his customer. Pav did a detailed run-through of the features and comparison of different brands of dishwashers, and showed me exactly what I was looking for - an ex-display discontinued model Siemens dishwasher at about 40% off RRP! After working through the specs and assuring me it would fit the space vacated by my old built-under dishwasher, he patiently left me to go home and do my own research online - no hard sell at all.

When I revisited the store after deciding to buy, we realised the kickplate of the Siemens dishwasher was missing. No worries - Pav arranged for one to be sent from over east at no charge! Then when I queried how to remove some sticky label residue from the door of the dishwasher, Pav even got out some special cleaning paste and showed me how to do it (well, he actually did it all so I didn't need to!). Nothing was too much trouble.

Pav also arranged for installation by a plumber who does a lot of work for HN Clearance store customers. This was also a win as Paul charged me less than the other plumbers I phoned and was meticulous in every aspect of the installation which included pick up from store as well as uninstalling and taking the old machine away.

So all up a hassle-free purchase and fantastic service from Harvey Norman Clearance in Osborne Park and particularly Pav! Highly recommended!

Across the street from the main Harvey Norman, this store has some good discounts on discontinued or slightly damaged stock. Some good prices to be had but range is limited and the prices aren't always better than you can find with a little shopping around.
