Big range of everything like most Harvey Normans, but the difference is its less crowded and really easy to shop there even on the weekend.

I have bought an iPhone 14 pro for my dad as a gift and to my surprise they sold me a demo phone which was pretty upsetting for me.
I have called them and they can now only tell me to reset via iTunes
And to get my refund I have to post via dhl which is gonna cost me double.
The store person has not given me any information about the phone being demo phone and now I can’t do anything with this phone.
It is very upsetting cause the store isn’t taking any accountability.

No customer service at this store. The owner would not be happy if he knew he was losing customers. Very poor guys. Most staff were on computers except for one that was trying to help everyone.

I bought a carpet shampoo machine at the end of August and used it once it broke down. When I rang them on the 30 of November the lady I spoke to said she would need to speak to someone and would ring me the next morning. She did not ring me and I want my money back because I now need to get someone to come out at short notice and have my carpets cleaned when I should have been able to use the machine to do it. This is not good enough. One star is to good for this store

Went there to check on some furniture, nice big showroom with plenty variety.
Carolyn was great, kind and knows the products well. Happy with the choices and stock etc info.

Really disappointed as out 18 month leather top of the line corner suite has a decomposing leather finish coupled with a bound up leg rest!
Sadly a very loyal HN Customer is going IKEA next time as their customer service appears far superior.

Bought a rugged phone.
Broken falling from the bed.

They did the controls and then told that the producer offered us a replacement.
We had to pay 15 dollars for the replacement.

The producer told me that they got nothing from this store.
Also the law says I can choose if to get replacement or refund.

They don't reply to my messages

Great staff member at click and collect counter. You should send her to Osb Pk.to train the staff there. They are dreadful never a smile or eye contact, they look and act like it's all to much trouble, hence why I went to City West.

Purchased a NutriBullet and received an on the spot discount that was so substantial it allowed me to buy the more expensive model! Definitely a repeat customer!

Purchased a large TV on a Saturday afternoon three weeks ago. I was served by Shadab and he was super helpful. He helped us with what we need and also assisted with the same day delivery. Highly recommended.

Such a pleasant experience with this store.

Called up to confirm stock prior, picked up straight away with no hold or transfer. Every single staff member greeted me as I walked through to technology to pick up the items, and I was on my way within 5 minutes.

This might seem pretty basic or simply what to expect from a business, but these days it’s very rare. Warm and friendly customer service goes a long way so thank you very much!

We bought cooler it had 12 months warranty, it wasn’t working properly, we went there to change and asked them to change it or give us fan or something but the staff named NIKiSHA she was so rude with us and told us she can’t to do anything on that, Never seen shop where customers are treated rudely.

Terrible service. Unorganised. People walking around doing nothing with a line at the registers. Problems with the photo printing software, had to buy our own cord to make it work. Got the photos and they doubled them up instead of printing 2 seperate lots.

Worst service.

Bought a HP Envy here on Monday evening, assisted by Brad, super helpful and even though it was late in the day, closing time, he was still very informative and knew what he was talking about.

Well located to public transport. Great range of products, especially in the electronics section. Good staff. Had fun browsing in HISCO, great place.

First 2 x great location, not quite In the city but close enough, sci-tech In the same building, so your kids can have fun while you shop.
Third, brought in my printer as it wasn't working, they fixed it for free on the spot, took 15 minutes and needed to activate the service button in the settings.
They could have charged but seeing as I buy all my goods there they took care of me.

Fourth great selection of goods all in stock too.
No vaccine checkers or mask wearing
Fifth over all rating, never disappoints, they also sell furniture, it's time to get a new bed.
