I had great service from Andrik in the Computer section over the past 2 days. I have a new laptop that I purchased online that had a few issues. He listened, understood my concerns and sorted it all out. Very very much appreciated.

Just had the pleasure of being served by Nick at the Busselton store. He was attentive, helpful and was able to provide a great solution to the troubles we had been experiencing with the product we had purchased x 10/10 for customer service. Really appreciate the time he took

What a great improvement it is dealing with the new Proprietor, Dempsey! I always used to buy from this store but it went downhill for a couple of years. After months of dealing with the previous proprietor and getting the runaround for a washing machine warranty, Dempsey sorted it out quickly and very much to my satisfaction. Very happy to resume my shopping at this store now.

My second visit to Harvey Norman Busselton in a few weeks and had another amazing experience. This time around I was served by Lee who had extensive knowledge about the furniture, was extremely attentive and genuinely interested in helping and lots of helpful tips. Originally went in to look at sofa beds and walked out with a bedroom suite and a few other bits and bobs! Thanks Lee, you're an absolute star!

This morning, Sales person named Jasmine was very pleasant and welcoming with offering to help us in our endeavour to find a certain steam iron. She was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make our shopping experience a pleasure. What a wonderful, caring person to have working in your store.

Went into Harvey Norman At Busselton today Saturday 13-5-2023 to buy 2 iPads we were standing there looking at which ones we were going to purchase not one sales person came near us.
Another well dressed customer came in and the salesman jumped to attention and went straight to his side to offer assistance, the young man made his purchase and left while we were left standing so we decided that Harvey Norman didn’t really want our purchase.
As we left the young lady behind the desk bid us farewell and thanked us for coming.
Over the years we have spent a lot of money at Harvey Norman’s all over different areas as we have accommodation and a restaurant so now we are on the lookout for some where else to spend money

Recently had to choose new appliances / sinks etc for our kitchen renovation and found myself visiting a few times to look at different options to ensure I was making the right decision. Matt Macauley was so patient and helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had all the information I needed, so much so that I deliberately sought him out each time. It’s reassuring to deal with the same person from start to finish and it make a quite stressful situation much easier. Thanks Matt.

Busselton Harvey Norman is one of their better shops as far as customer service goes, furniture section staff always helpful and its one of the best retail shops to go to in Busselton.

Good store, They have all range of furniture and other household appliances. Probably better to go to Retravision though for some items because they can be cheaper.

Best service ever. When they took on a photographic-related job, they did everything in their power to could complete it. Communication was amazing. While I was in the shop, they were letting me know how the job was progressing or not but you knew why. I couldn't have been happier. Thank you. Harvey Norman Busselton.

Great friendly staff and service, the manger of it and phones is excellent, always go there for my phone and computer needs.

Our fridge at our Airbnb broke down just as the guests arrived. Matt and the delivery / warehouse team knew how desperate I was to have a new one, and within a few hours, our old fridge had been replaced with a brand new one.

Service stinks. Matt in the electrical section, wow, quite possibly the most rude and unhelpful salesperson, telephone manner amazingly poor. Overall experience was terrible. Told nobody had the items in stock and I should contact Bosch directly. Shame really, I contacted HN Bunbury (50klms away) and they were super helpful, had the items so i spent my $4 thousand there instead and collected items same day. One review star seems generous. Won't be back.
