It pays to shop around for what you want. Good products at reasonable prices.

Good. I found the frying pan that I've been looking for for ages.

The guy at the checkout didn't take any of my details though, so I assume I can't go back into the store without the receipt if I have a problem with the pan.

Bad, bad, bad! Went in to buy a laptop, browsed around for a bit and then stood there obviously waiting for service and received none. The only other customer in that section of the store was commenting about the poor service aswell!
When I 'was' finally served, the young fulla was very helpful with my enquiries but.the price quoted $1599 was $400 more than what was quoted by Coast Country Computers for exactly the same unit, same operating capacity everything!
Lesson to all; doesn't hurt to give the 'little guy' a chance and we should all try to shop local.

Want to personally thank Barry from the Bunbury store (Technology Department). After not being offered service from the floor staff and not being able to find what we were after, I was going to leave but Barry then jumped out from behind the computer and offered assistance. What we wanted was unfortunately not in stock so Barry helped us find an alternative and price matched for us.
Very happy with our purchase and definitely the best service I’ve ever had from shopping here.

I bought a recliner chair for my Mum when she was in hospital. She got out of hospital two weeks later and we found the chair was not suited to her because of her back injury. Stuart from the furniture department came and visited our house and when he saw the problem offered to swap out the chair for a more suitable model. We initially picked up the origianl chair but he also offered to deliver the new chair and return the original. With service like this, I am so glad that we chose Harvey Norman.
PS Mum is very happy with the new chair.

We purchased a mattress from the Bunbury Harvey Norman Store on Wednesday and arranged to pick it up on the Thursday afternoon. The sale was easy and the staff were friendly to arrange the purchase. When we collected the mattress, we were assisted by the store person who loaded it into the car. Upon opening the packaging at home, we discovered there was a 25cm tear in the bottom of the mattress underneath the intact packaging. The way the packaging was layered and sticky taped it was too thick to see the damage underneath. Our vehicle we collected it in was an SUV which had ample room, with no obstruction, and we opened the package with our hands and no cutting implementation was used. We reported the issue that same day and we were disappointed with the outcome as they insisted that their facilities and handling was not at fault. I had to call multiple times to get an answer and it wasn't until I called for the fourth time on the friday that they said they will not be doing anything about it. Unfortunately upon collection they had us sign a form stating the mattress was in good condition, however short of us completely unwrapping the entire mattress in the carpark in the rain, we trusted that the mattress would be in prime condition. A lesson has been learnt here to not trust this facility or process. Their investigation process was second best and I hope they can improve this for future customers, of which we won't be one.

Had a lovely experience purchasing a new Mattress from Helen in Bedding and Fridge/Dishwasher from Marco in Appliances.
Helen was so patient & knowledgeable while we looked for the perfect mattress, testing out a lot as we had so many things to consider like bad backs, side sleepers, until we landed on the Hybrid AH Beard mattress, the purchase was fun and easy.
Marco goes out of his way to help every time I visited, always saying hi even when he was busy with someone else and showing me different options that suit my difficult measurements trying to fit a new fridge in a 1920's house!
Delivery was quickly organised the day after everything was in stock.

Fabulous, friendly and very product (Bedding) knowledgeable staff. Would be great if Harvey Norman offered free delivery when pensioner spends $2,000. Thus went to another furniture store offering free delivery for recliner chair.

Don’t whatever you do order any photos online I ordered 2 x photos on canvas and I got a notification saying my order was coming via Swiss air and the tracking number they gave me was non existent

I personally had an opportunity to visit the store and print photos needed for my Christmas present project. The manager was awesome and helpful especially since I'm not tech savvy enough to work out the photo machine. But I got there in the end. Thank you guys.my daughter was wrapped with the photo collection for Christmas.

We were shopping for beds in Bunbury a few Sundays back.
Wondered into the store and we were about to leave when Helen asked if she could assist us.
We told her what we were after and our price range and she showed us what was on the floor and in stock on the computer.
We choose and when a change needed to be made due to shipping delays we changed our purchases
Helen stayed in touch sent photos of alternate models and we had our beds delivered on schedule.
We had difficulty putting together one of the beds and Helen was able to come and assist us.
We can’t thank her enough she was excellent from the word go,
We will definitely be going back to Harvey Norman Bunbury

I can't speak really about the whole of the Harvey Norman Bunbury location and all of their departments. But I can say this: Remus is a dream-us.

I'm not a fan of people aggressively selling me or offering sub par support after purchase. So Remus is our man. I didn't get the sense that he was nodding and smiling and just mentally calculating his sales quota in his head - he was actually engaged, humorous and personable in all of our dealings with him. I'm also very impressed with his ability to problem solve in a quick, efficient and fair way.

So kudos to Remus. We will back for future purchases as a result of his service.

I have to say, the mood seems to have changed quite a lot. This time I was not bombarded by people trying to push stuff I don't need down my throat.

Had a really good experience with a sales person in hifi. Although he said he only had a week left. Such a shame, first time I'd had a pleasant experience. Good luck to that man on his future endeavours.

Spent $3200 on a bed with ROTTING SIDEBOARDS.took 2 MONTHS to get sideboard replaced. 2 MONTHS WITHOUT A BED! When the replacement sideboard was delivered AT 4PM I had to wait the entire day. Got a text half an hour before it arrived to tell me it would arrive at 4PM. WAITED THE ENTIRE DAY.other Harvey Norman stores do business this way. STAY AWAY FROM HARVEY NORMAN!
