Purchased a new printer yesterday, after hours of trying to set it up bought it back into the shop today. Glen went above and beyond to fix it for me, and when it was established that the printer was faulty gave me a refund. They also printed everything for me to help me out. Glen and Seth are a huge asset to the company!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. For a country retailer they have Metro prices and are prepared to price match. A number of experiences and no failures. Keep up the great service.

We walked into shop after checking that a delivery of an air conditioner had arrived. We were served by Stan who was to say the least on point with the store it’s stock and swift service. Carried it to the car for us which was awesome and was very pleasant experience. Thank you. 5 stars from me Stan.

Both went above & beyond

So after not shopping there for over 2yrs. I went in and purchased a $70 electric frypan and a $800 dyson vacuum which l had to except the display model which l checked over, all good. Got home that night with frypan box a little suspicious security sticker looked lift open maybe. But when l opened up box to use frypan l removed all packaging and was stocked that SOMEONE HAD USED AND WASHED FRYPAN. Cos of all the white dry water residue all in frypan. It obviously had been returned by a customer. It should never have been put back on the shelf for sale. Had to go back in next day and exchange it for a brand new one unopened. I opened box of second one in store and checked it over. In all the Harvey Norman stores l have shopped in Melbourne this has to be the poorest run Harvey Norman store. 26/8/2020.
*Went in after being there 2 days earlier inquiring about Mitsubish cooling units. They directed me to the installer across the road. So when l told them that the man across the road was installing the units they were very rude and snapped at me well his not getting the units from us. I wouldn't set foot in that Harvey Norman again. How should l know where the mans getting the units for my home. I'm happy with the price and his experience with Mitsubish cooling units.

Been calling the number since 9.05am. It's now 9.35. Still the same message: "You are calling o0utside our working hours. " Uh-huh

Staff in electronic section need more training. The staff in appliance section are very helpful.

Very good the only problem is they have there music up so loud I was not able to communicate with the sales person so I just grabbed what I needed and got out

This experience specifically relates to the technology side of Harvey Norman Broome. Purchased a Bluetooth speaker and it wasn't loud enough for my needs (also missing wrist strap that it is suppose to come with) Went back same day to return and get an upgraded product and was told no trade in or return was possible. The manager wouldn't come out and talk to me and then when I tried to get a simple wrist strap that was missing I was told it must have dropped in my car because it's usually in there. Will never go there again.

Super helpful and friendly staff, knowledgeable about products, and they made me a very nice coffee (a real one) while I waited for my purchases to be finalised. Thank you!

A variety of home wares and electrical appliances are on offer. There wasn't much staff so I couldn't be sure if you can get service very quickly.
