69Was looking for a vacuum cleaner. When the older asian lady saw I was looking at a cheap one she immediately just walked away and ignored me. Obviously wasn't going to spend enough. Pitiful assistance and customer service.

Always check HNs before I buy big items. Have bought most of our hous appliances here if not a couple of times in the last 25 years. This time I picked Aaron's knowledge on side by side fridges. Although I didn't buy the fridge as it wasn't exactly what I wanted, was with Aaron's help I made my mind up. Lovely guy go see him.

I called twice before I went to the store. The first person who was male sounded like he could not be bothered, I asked him if the Washing Machine I wanted was in stock. It took him a while to find it on his computer. By that time I did not want to carry on the conversation.
I then called back and spoke to Danielle who was more than happy to answer my questions. At the end of the convo, I filled the paperwork over the phone then went in to pay for my purchase. Danielle gave me great customer service. The washing machine was delivered and installed the next. The delivery men were quick and put my old machine where I wanted it. Again great service!
Extremely bad on delivery. They send me a time window for delivery between 3pm and 6pm. However, called me at 2pm and said we will be there in 15min. I said I am doing lunch and will take me 30min to get home but the driver couldnt understand and keep repeating on 'will be there in 15min'.
I called up Harvey Norman warehouse, noted that they unable to contact the driver but advised that will be delivered before the driver finish the day. (This happen at 2.30pm)
At 5pm, I ring up Harvey Norman, it is then advised that, the driver has now gone home and I will have to reschedule. If I never ring up, I will just keep waiting and not receive anything by the end of the day.
Harvey Norman warehouse tried to help but I do not further update until I called at 5pm their finish time, which is extremely bad.
I arrived just before closing today and the gorgeous and amazing Ash helped me out in a jiffy! Thank you so much for the speedy and one of the finest customer service I have ever received! You champion!?

On the 5th Jan 2022 we organised the purchase of Karcher FC7 floor cleaner, cleaning detergent & replacement roller set to be collected from the Armadale store which we went to once advised that it was ready for collection.
When we went to collect it and after waiting sometime for service we were told they didn't know anything about the order and so we had to wait until they found it. The roller set was on back order and there was also to be a $50 gift voucher to be provided. They said the rollers would be sent to our home address in a few weeks. We were told to go to the outside back delivery area to collect the items where my husband had to wait again as nobody seemed to want serve my husband they just ignored him (an elderly man on a very hot day). When we arrived home there was no $50 voucher with the paper work. My husband contacted them in a few days and we eventually got the gift voucher in the mail. Last Monday 14th Feb my husband went to Armadale to enqire the where abouts of the roller set. Again after waiting sometime to be served was told by a young lady that they were still on back order and that she would contact Karcher and phone me with an update. As yet I have heard nothing. Very disappointed with the lack of customer care and service, we live local and like to support local but will think twice next time we go shopping.
Horrendous customer service from the women in the appliance section. Rather drive 40 minutes to the port kennedy store than deal with her again.
Disappointed shoppers experience, was told the stock would be in come back in a couple of days so we did only to be told same thing g
John whom served us in store was great. Our complaint is with the delivery process. This morning we received multiple text messages to say that our delivery was on track for 1.45pm onwards; we’ve then organised our day around this, having breakfast and grocery shopping (for our new fridge- we do not currently have one!) to then come home to missed calls saying we missed our delivery (3 hours early!) and the driver will not return today & needs to be rescheduled. My husband or myself will need to take unpaid time off work to facilitate a new delivery date and now the grocery shop we did is wasted! This is unacceptable as this was over $3000 purchase, we paid for the delivery service & expected it to be delivered when we were told.
Had the worst customer service today. The lady in the dishwasher department is pushie, rude and sarcastic. She spoke over me and when we asked her to price match she glared at me over her glasses. So if you are looking for a great deal or looking to price match don’t bother with Harvey Norman Armadale.
When I said that I will chat to management about her attitude she then refused to finish the sale. I stood up and walked away crying she then was super sweet to my husband. Even made a point of walking between us on her way out the store.
Very busy store. Great products. You can usually find erything yoy need here. They need a lot more staff as a general rule. This would cut wait times down for customers trying to buy something, or people making a decision to buy. I find Matt in the TV department to be particularly helpfull and Sydney in the PC department very helpful. These two staff members usually go the extra mile to make the shopping experience worthwhile. The only problem now is that anybody reading this will probably seek out Matt or Sydney to help with a purchase making wait times longer because there is only 1 Matt and 1 Sydney available to help. I highly reccommend Harvey Norman In Armadale. I'v been shopping there for years.
Highly recommend the bedding department. I had some issues with the manufacturing and they sorted it all out. Matt Roberts the proprietor is a good operator and provides excellent customer service. Would highly recommend you consider talking to him for your next purchase
