I don't recommend this company for when you call them anytime you are always calling outside their working hours
now all I want is the refund for the charger I sent back and according to aus post the parcel was delivered on 20 Sep 2023

I have had hearing aids before but not able to get clear speech hearing. After Andrew went through his methodical thorough
assessment patiently and identify the remedial choice of the
hearing aids needed and fine tuning I felt the good clear speech
has finally returned to me, thanks all to Andrew. I then decided
to acquire the pair on the same visit and Andrew was very kind and generous in his pricing. Would wish to see hearing difficulty

I have been a hearing aid user for over 20 years and a client of Andrew Mackendrick of Harmony Hearing since 2016.
When looking for a service provider the quality of Testing, Diagnostics, Solutions and after sales service are what I look for. Andrew and his team at Harmony Hearing tick all the boxes.
I have just upgraded my Phonak Audeo aids to the new generation Phonak Paradise P70R to take advantage of changes in technology of sound processing and functionality. I'm amazed at, and very happy with, the clear crisp natural reception under differing conditions, the Bluetooth connectivity to my phone with hands free operation, the phone App and the convenience of the rechargeable batteries.
I wear my aids for around 16 hours a day and find them to comfortable and unobtrusive.

I recently made an appointment for provision of some "Hearsaver Musician Plugs" to preserve my remaining hearing especially when using apparatus, which may compromise my hearing.
On that day Andrew removed some wax build up, without testing his patience, to optimise my hearing.
I picked up the plugs today and Andrew showed me how best to fit them, even supplying some Auragel (at no extra cost), so I can now insert them without assistance and get the best fit.
The initial service was great and the fitting plus after care attention was beyond expectation!

I have the new Oticon One hearing aids and they are fantastic. A revolution on my older hearing aids. Music clarity, voices and hearing balance is a life changer.
Harmony have offerd the best of service and advice and the best economy for purchasing new hearing aids. Thank you.

ReviewText: My Husband and I recently saw Andrew for the first time when I came across Harmony Hearing on a Website. We both have hearing aids in both ears and have been attending a different practice for advice etc.but were not over impressed by the results we were achieving. Andrew was absolutely thorough in his attention, carefully explaining the tests he carried out, one of which we had never experienced previously, although Andrew indicated the test was most important in determining the "set up" of the hearing aid, and making absolutely sure we were getting the best possible results out of our equipment - which had not obviously been the case. In my situation it was determined that one HI needed remedial work and was still under warranty. Although I had not purchased this from his practice, his receptionist happily arranged to express post it to ensure I had it back before Christmas which then was only a week away! This happened smoothly and I was really grateful. He also loaned me a replacement for the week mine was away, and carefully set it up to meet my needs. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harmony Hearing - and have in fact already done so to a few friends.

They are bending over to help me - but one to many visits have made me drop 1 star. Overall they are pleasant and good to deal with.

I was worried coming to Perth to find a new audiologist as I had great audiologist back in NZ. I went to other audiologists but weren’t suitable for me until I find Harmony Hearing. It’s the best decision and I would like to thank Andrew for his patience in the last 2 months and now I have a new pair of hearing aids. Really recommend this place.

I cant recommend Tony enough! I felt like my ears were blocked and checked in for a check up. Ended up removing two huge lumps of hardened wax. Unbelievable! Tony was gentle and expert Fishing that lump. Sorry for the gross photo haha

Audiologist Andrew MacKendrick is a caring, qualified Professional Audiologist. My hearing improved at my first appointment,
by the special painless suction method of Harmony Hearing, Shenton Park. I was shown a graph of my hearing, seeing information of the sounds etc, I do not hear clearly.
My next appointment will give me qualified information and advice re aids I may consider to give me full hearing.
