Zaneta is a very nice, friendly, care and polite sales agent. I can tell she understood very well the property that she was in charge with and the market condition that time, and was very professional handling all the process and addressing the matters during the selling and buying process. I can tell she did care and protect the rights of the seller, but at the same time, she also did care about the right of us as the buyer. She also was a very nice person to communicate with, never uncomfortable to communicate any concerns
or whatever in our mind, so she could bridge between the seller and the buyer needs.

A stress free experience
Ross made the sale of my house incredibly stress free. He kept me up to date with advertising going live, and interest in the house. I would happily use him again in the future and highly recommend.

I attempted to call the number on the rental advert a few times and went through to answering machine which was apparently full. I then called the office and was told the property was still available and someone would call me back. I received no call.

We have had such a professional and positive selling experience with Harcourts. All thanks to Lyn Lams and her brilliant customer service. The last time we tried to sell we spent $$$$ on the unit on the previous agent's advice. The unit didn't sell and we were losing hope. Lyn turned all of that around. She asked a much better price and sold it within weeks with no inconvenience to us or our tenant. We highly recommend Lyn and her team. Fair dinkum she's the real deal.

I think in all my years of buying & selling that I have ever come across an agent like Mike his honestly blew me away. I hope he'll find me my forever home in the near future. I went to a home open today through another agent 10/12 people waited for the agent after 30minutes someone phoned him to be told the house sold yesterday. I had driven for 1.5 hours not good. I will recommend Mike without fail.

Bought a house from this agent. Dealt with the selling agent and the licensee. I will not purchase nor sell another property with them. Look out for weird clauses in their O&A, do not allow them to exercise their sneaky and unprofessional business tactics. Postpone signing if fishy, not worth your headache. They acted only on seller's interests, did not hesitate to lie, empty promises despite full cooperation from me. Missed out important information in O&A and not even a single apology. Just because the mistake is not legally serious enough for you to cancel the contract, they will walk all over and push you. I know, after all, they are seller's agent, but this industry is not for a short run, have some integrity.
