The crispy Kimchi pancake was very nice. We love it. The Korean Chicken Sampler came with 5 different flavours, and you could tell them your favourite flavours on your next visit. The garlic fried rice was flavourful but very oily. But then again, you could tell them you want less oil. By the way, the very nice Kimchi pancake is 5 out of 5.

Picked up Takeaway from here. Had the Korean Chicken which was delicious! The restaurant was packed, a testament to how good the food is but the ambience was a bit 'food hall'. Just rows of tables, eat and get out by the look of it. That may suit their main clientele but not my cup of tea for dining in.

Fantastic, friendly service, cheap beer and the best KFC I've ever eaten. What more could you want?

Celebrated my birthday here last night and everyone was so impressed with the food, service and atmosphere! We ordered 6 flavours (out of 10 choices) of the fried boneless chickens, ginseng chicken soup, kimchi pork soup, seafood pancake, kimchi pancake, all good quality dishes! Perfect for 9 pax! Ofcourse a stainless steel cake knife and lighter were provided for the birthday cakes and staff offered to take pictures for us Amazing Hansik

Terrible experience - seated, ordered, waited for half an hour and nothing’s been put on the table. Half of the restaurant is empty and I wonder why it took so long.chose to leave with an empty stomach. Recommend to go to Sura (which is a street away) instead.

I came here with a group of friends to try this place out. The Korean fried chicken are absolutely good. I recommend a must try. The spicy seafood tofu soup is good also. I can't really think of any better words to describe the other food my friends ordered. Overall it's not bad but also not great.

Worst welcome, service and attitude ever. Gave me and my family an attitude that we were not welcomed. When other Koreans came in their attitudes change to a welcoming smile. What does that tell you?

POOR HOSPITALITY, UNDERSTAFFED.

I and my kids placed ordered at 1: 01 pm today, thought it was too much.so I cancelled the fried chickens and decided double the portions but for take them away.

Waited for 50 MINUTES, before the fried chickens came at 1: 50pm, in bowls without lids, we were starving.so we ate the chickens. I tried to hold my complain for the delay, since I knew they were only 2 people serving the whole restaurant!

Suddenly, the owner - DAVID - korean/chinese guy, came to my table and blamed us why we ate the our take away food? !

I got so angry.didnt he know even a fine dining restaurant doesnt take that long for the food to come out.yet he still blame us to eat our take away food? !

After seeing me being this angry, he swifted his mind like nothing happened.said that he actually intended to apologise for the delay because only he and his waitress running the restaurant that day! Wth.if he was understaffed, he should told me approx wait time before i placed the order, and shouldnt blame me for eating my take away food there!

Very poor hospitality.

Worst first impression ever, I didn’t feel any welcome feeling, The waitress and casher guy looked angry and grumpy. It wasn’t professional at all.
I will never go back to this terrible place ever.

Hansik is my go to Korean restaurant whenever I've got a craving! Great food and awesome service ️ Lindi the manager is always there with a smile and always there to recommend if you're stuck with what to order cause everything is delicious! Totally recommend this place to everyone.

Food was great, service however was terrible, servers did not have any customer service skills - especially the older one - not a single smile whilst greeting and taking our orders. Also had to wait a significant time to get served, and finally had to get up and place my order at the till after asking for a menu.

Food is very good. However, we were served by a middle-aged woman whose terrible attitude made us feel like second-class citizens. Unacceptable.

The overall decor of the place is very nice, the lighting is a bit moody though. The service is alright, but there is one waitress that isn't as friendly. The bbq takes far too long (45min) and the Kimchi Pancake is a quite greasy. The shaved ice was pretty good. Overall, I wouldn't say to come for important events, just a quick bite.

We eat here almost every week. Honey soy fried chicken plus soft tofu seafood soup is the best combo all year around!

Food is good but service is mediocre, feels like reataurant is understaff and has a floor manager who is constantly looking angry.

Had Bulgogi Smoky wrap set it was fabulous, Bingsu was huge & yummy, Great service with smiley faces. Would like to come back to try other menu

Food here was amazing! The Ginseng Soup is just awesome and delicious. Had a good meal here

Family friendly, fried chicken is the restaurant signature dish, not bad. All other dishes are ok. But you get very thirsty after the meal esp.soup dishes, not sure if it's to do with MSG.

This is not even korean restaurant, Chinese people run restaurant. Very oily grease food. Deceitful Chinese pretending to be running korean restaurant. I got sick from the food. I will never go again. Not recommended at all.
