Han's Cafe reviews
62 Han’s cafe use to be my go to when living NOR and a childhood staple, but yesterday revisiting this place was a disappointment, service was amazing girls were lovely food came out fast…. Only issue was the food was not only dry but cool and you can tell has been reheated rather than freshly made causing top of the noodles to be dry looking yet bottom soggy due to pre heating. I understand businesses are struggling especially hospitality but when you’re there spending almost $100 on 4 bowls of food + drinks atleast it could be served hot. Fried rice (we ordered bbq pork fried rice) was not only hard but extremely dry making it hard to swallow. Our pad thai was exceptionally dry barely any tamarid or soy sauce…our beef noodle stir fry again seemed microwaved (which is okay i guess) but atleast they could of tried to hide the fact that the top was extremely dry but bottom (half of the bowl) was in black sauce making the bottom soggy due to re-heating
Overall, I would recommend going across to coventry square better vietnamese cuisine there. Cost of living is rising up and i don’t think spending almost $100 for 4 barely average meal is worth it for families who are only able to go out every now and then. Other than this service was great girls were lovely food came out at a mannerly time.
The most beautiful place for gathering with your friends and family.
I always enjoy delicious food, beautiful view, amazing and very friendly service and beautiful music.
God bless you guys for running such a beautiful place.
Surprisingly good food.
Service not good, I expect to have my order taken at my table, shouldn't be expected to queue to order
Food is salty and not even close to the taste, to the original dish. Very unpleasant taste and it presented. Absolutely not value of $$. Had paid.
First time at a Han's. Not bad. Not great. Average. The difference between the char kway teow and the Singapore noodles, was literally the noodles used. Not inspired, and probably won't be a return patron. (Heard good things about the Laksa.should have tried that). Staff were unbelievably friendly and courteous however.
Food was so delicious fresh and quick. Cant remember last time I had it. Was exactly what me and my family needed. Well done
Wonderful service and relaxing atmosphere. Love their watermelon tea and always enjoyable cuisine
I ordered noodles from this place vis uber eats the noodles were dry and covered in msg this caused my throat to swell up and gave me diffulcty speaking, they also didnt give me any cutlery and i had to eat by hand.
I've been very loyal eating at Hans over the years and have loved the restaurant but had one of my favourite dishes for dinner over a week ago and was violently ill with the worst case of gastro I've ever had in my life. Unfortunately, I will never eat their food again.
I used to love Han's. Been going there since 2005 but most of them are now closed and the one in Morley has lost its touch. They need to up there game.
Flavourful dishes and friendly service. A quiet gem that we remember as a bustling business. Will return with the family again.
Me and my fiancé come here quite a lot. But last night will be the last, we both have extreme food poisoning absolutely disgusted.
Will never eat again here got special fried rice with prawns and extra chicken and had extreme food poisoning never again was one of my family’s favourite places never going back!
I have dined at other Hans restaurants, but never been particularly overwhelmed, so Morley Hans was the best of the lot. Spacious, and can easily have a conversation. Staff very friendly, courteous and flexible.and the food was delicious, Tom yum and Laksa soups were very tasty, generous portions and Chilli fish a winner.
Never ordering from here again. Keep going back after about 6 months but get the exact same results so never again. Never honour promises to fix things next time
Quaity and serving sizes have seemed to have taken a hit while the prices are comparable to restaurants that target a less affordable custom. It used to be affordable good street food for a sit down.now its really just another asian bland restaueant with no sense of self. It is what it is but nit what it was
.
Not very faithful recreations of the original dishes and the plastic bowls felt "cheap and nasty".
Ordered a phad thai and ice cream for my daughter. Went to the toilet just as we sat down and was very worried about the food we would get. Toilet was atrocious, filthy, run down and stinky.
No surprise when we got the food 2 minutes later. Tasteless, glutinous sauce.my daughter had one look at it and said no. There was nothing fresh about it. Did not want to risk food poisoning.
I took it back and asked for a refund. They refunded in 2 secs. By that time I was sticking to the floor. This place is a dump.
Hans Morley (Galleria shopping centre) has been a regular eating places for us for many years due to their tasty, consistent quality food and cheap prices. Today's lunch was no exception. The Morley Hans is a big venue with two floors although I have not seen the top floor used for a while. Service is always polite and food comes out fast. We had the lunch special which is a main from a limited selection and a soft drink or tea/coffee. Good food for a good price. Recommended.
Quite a few years ago I went to hans cafe in another location and it just didn't do it for me. But a few months ago I found Hans on uber eats. That day forward each time we have ordered we have not been let down. Food is always fresh and hands down absolutely amazing. Bubble tea is also amazing and I love how we can order it through you guys as well. I found your menu online and your gluten free options are clearly labelled and there was so much variety this is what prompted us to give you guys a shot and it was totally worth it. Hope to one day dine in. Thank you Hans Cafe Morley! Keep up your amazing work!
