Hanging Basket Florist

Can't say how disappointed I was with the flowers I ordered for a bereaved friend. She sent me a picture as I am in Victoria, and I am ashamed. I ordered a large arrangement and it was sparse only 3 white roses, 3 little yellow roses, 3 yellow flowers for $100 plus delivery! - I apologised to my friend. To add insult to injury, the deliverer did a quick knock on the door - she was home, but it is a big house. They didn't ring the doorbell and if I hadn't rung her to see if she had received them the next day, they would still be outside. Disgusted.

Requested a plant delivery for a birthday on the 8th and they delivered on the 5th?

I spoke to Todd to organise flowers for my dad's funeral and was so glad I did. Peta made a stunning native flower casket spray with proteas, eucalyptus stems and other native stems. Many people at the funeral commented on how beautiful it was. It was perfect. Very grateful, as they had to do this on Mother's Day and they would have been extremely busy. Thank you both so much. I wanted to send flowers to our daughter in law in Baldivis for her making my Wife's visit so special. From the UK I was able to order flowers and a card online through Hanging Basket. Ordered at approx 11: 00 they were delivered by 17: 00 (AWST) that day. The flowers were fresh, well presented, and did the job. I have no hesitation to recommend Hanging Basket, and I shall certainly use their services again in the future.

I left buying a gift for my mum very last minute for Christmas basically because she’s the Christmas grinch and doesn’t really celebrate it so I needed inspiration and fast. I ordered a gift basket and it was delivered to my mum on Christmas Eve and she rang and told me how amazing it was and how thrilled she was in receiving it. So thank you very much for bringing a smile to a person who rarely finds things to smile about at Christmas.

In a horrible situation with a loved one on life support and I'm interstate. Their friendly, kind and professional advice for flowers (I have absolutely no idea of) was a warm and pleasant experience. Ordered white rose corsage with weeks notice, only for it to come with orchids instead. Disappointing

I received a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers and long stemmed red roses from the Hanging Basket. Some of the sunflowers were a drooping so I contacted the business to let them know because I was disappointed. Without being asked they said they'd replace them, which I thought was very good customer service. When I received the replacement they had not only replaced the sunflowers, but the roses as well. I am impressed that they took this upon themselves to compensate so generously.

These guys deserve a special mention, service exceeded expectations, delivery was made within 1 hour of ordering.have already recommended to friends.
