Stay away from this money grabbing Gym! They are not interested in your fitness or health they just want to grab your money and spend the least amount of time with you they can an absolute joke.

I started at Hang Tuff about a month ago and I have loved every class I've done. I started out as a 3 day a week member but after my first week I wanted more so I upgraded my membership and have no regrets. Its a great place to train the people are amazing and friendly and the trainers are just as amazing and very helpful.
I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and since starting suspension training my body has taken to it well after a few weeks I have found that the change in my mind and body has been amazing I feel stronger and I'm able to start pushing myself a little more everyday.
The coaches help you in any way possible they modify everything so that you get the workout you need I have also seeked out help by one of the coaches for nutrition and they were more than happy to help.

I highly recommend HANG TUFF for training you get a great workout you feel amazing and the atmosphere is fun, happy and a awesome community to be apart of.

Hang Tuff was love at first sight, since I had my trial till now. All instructors are very enthusiastic and give you the right support by correcting the techniques and posture. Good vibes from members which gives you the boost to keep going as well. Everyday is different so it makes more exciting to attend classes unlikely the normal gym. I used to be a "gym" person before and now I'm happy to be a Hang Tuff member. If you haven't done your trial yet don't waste your time thinking wether you shoul go or not, just do it!

I joined Hang Tuff in November 2019 and at the time I was trying to over come a very long hamstring injury and also a frozen shoulder. With the help from the wonderful coaches at Hang Tuff they managed my injuries so I could complete my classes. Today I no longer suffer from daily pain of my Hamstring and can now do a full squat and walk the coast which I love without pain, nor do I have a frozen shoulder due to the strength that you build by attending these classes. I encourage anyone no matter what your age is to try this type of exercise. Thanks Team

I have been at Hang-Tuff for 14 months. Since starting Hang-Tuff I have gained a huge amount of strength through my whole body. Not only this but I have made life long friendships with the other members at Hang-tuff. My biggest accomplishment at Hang-Tuff so far has been my change in Motivation in my life and how I feel about myself. I love the Support and encouragement you get from the Hung Tuff team and all the ladies in the class is wonderful and makes you feel apart of the family. When I first started I couldn’t do a plank or hold a plank and now I am able to do a plank and much more than I ever thought I could do, but now Ive come leaps and bounds doing all of the advanced exercises the coaches offer me. It also took me 8 weeks to do my first blaze class, but now I do at least 3 blaze classes a week. The best thing of all, I have improved in my balance, fitness, posture, weight and discipline I have now.
I Highly recommend to everyone.

Absolutely love hang Tuff it's my place to go. I train six days a week and loving it. Being doing hang Tuff for over a year now and I've really notice my confidence shine. My core strength has improved 100% Im feeling very strong in my body. I Alway walk out of hang tuff feeling energized and proud of myself every single day LOVE LOVE LOVE IT

I have just completed my first week of TRX at this gym - so far it's been fantastic. The class sizes are very small - so it is like personal training. The sessions are short with no fluffing around - so it is very efficient. The trainer explains things so you can increase or decrease the challenge and is motivating without shouting. She is very knowledgeable, professional and makes the sessions great.

Best thing I have done.love it love it love it! I’m time poor so these classes are perfect for me. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone in the classes are awesome there is no pressure you work and improve at your own pace. Trainers are fantastic very encouraging and ensure you are doing the exercises properly. Already starting to feel the benefits.

If you think you can't do it, you can! With the help of the most amazing trainers advice and guidance. Highly recommended this place to start or get back into your fitness journey. The hardest part is taking that first step.

An amazing club full of positive energy! A must if you are serious about your fitness goals! And of all the methods out there to get in shape, the fun atmosphere makes it easy because your not even thinking about the workout when you’re with friends! Short attainable workouts without the usual gym stress!

If you are bored of the weights and want some variation to your routines, this place has it all!
I wanted a better workout that was more complete and didn’t tight me to equipment, I started hangtuff a few months ago and I’m loving it! I see gains already, particularly in my butt, which was a big must for me to sign up. I’m so much more flexible (Hubby says) since started training here, plus I get DJ quality music in every workout (which to me was also a must). As you can see I love this club and totally recommend it to anyone who wants similar results

One of my personal fitness challenges is time and flexibility with my work schedule and personal life, between juggling kids and getting the day to day done sometimes my own personal health and fitness comes last on the list. Hang Tuff is a relatively short but intense 25 minute workout that feels like it challenges me and works my whole body and I can fit it in around all the other commitments with out having to choose one over the other, there are multiple classes to choose from, variations in the type of exercises depending on my preference and I can always fit them in to my changing schedule and lastly but most importantly the trainers are amazing, know their stuff, motivate you to push yourself and keep it fun, a lot of value in a short space of time and absolutely worth a try it won’t take long to get hooked! Thanks hang tuff team!

I joined hang-tuff as I was looking for the next level in my workouts. Using the trx is fun and gives you something different to keep it interesting. After my first week I noticed my core was tighter and stronger. Timea and all of the trainers there are ready to help and can give you that guidance to keep you on track and to make real visible progress. Definitely worth checking out!

Cannot recommend enough! I have been at Club PFL for about 5 weeks now and cannot believe the results. The workouts challenge me and I am constantly pushed to reach my full potential and I always leave in a good mood with a smile on my face. I am not a gym person and always used to find an excuse not to go but for once, I actually look forward to going and am disappointed when I don't have a session booked! Not only are the workouts fantastic but the people you will meet are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and motivating and Mark is one of a kind trainer offering endless support. I am so happy I made the decision to quit my old gym and join Club PFL. Best thing I have ever done!

Ive never liked gyms and felt alone & self conscious! But not at ClubPFL, Everyone is so friendly and welcoming & with the help and constant motivation from Mark I've finally been able to find a great way to exercise and get in shape

OMG! Where do i even start! Mark is sooo amazing, he will push you beyond your limits and back it up with his expert knowledge to get you results that you did not think were even possible. Along with a great bunch of people to train with you really do feel like part of a family! BEST decision of my life to join PFL! I Guarantee you won't regret it:)
