This practice in Joondalup has terrible service. The lady at the front desk with the shoulder length brown hair was rude when we first walked in and then she was talking to her colleagues about what to wear for the weekend and then when her boss walked out and said has the document been processed she said oh sorry I have been typing your stuff when she was actually standing there talking to her colleagues for 15 minutes.
The receptionist didn't even smile or say hello when we walked in she just put her hand out and said "referral please", not really a professional profession with that type of attitude.
Wouldn't go back here.
