Dr Eric is the best doctor, he explains everything well before treatment. Admin team and nurse are great team, good customer care and excellent services.

Eric is absolutely the best GP. I am an ICU nurse with 7 years experience, I know a good GP when I meet one. I'm Very lucky to be a patient here. It's a shame their books are closed.

Lovely service from staff, highly professional whilst warm and comforting. The doctor is very non judgmental and will listen to everything you have to say. Added bonus it's completely bulk billed. No appointment necessary. Walk in only available.

I would not recommend visiting this doctor for mental health issues. Lacks bedside manner and sensitivity around certain topics.

I go to this surgery (very rarely) when I can't get to my usual doctor or if I just need a scrip or blood test. Today I went to get a serology blood test form and the doctor kept looking down my top. I was too uncomfortable to say anything but probably won't be going back.

Dr Eric is a great doctor, he has helped me and four members of my family. I don't believe the negative reviews, I would recommend Dr Eric Kimaru without any hesitation, he's the best Dr I have seen in both hemispheres. Personally I cannot thank him enough. One example my son chipped a bone in his ankle guess who sorted x-rays, strapped his ankle and organised surgeon it was close to 7pm when we left his surgery.
Thank you Dr Eric Kimaru

I've been seeing Dr Eric Kimaru for a few years and I've never been disappointed by the service he provides. He is very approachable and relaxing to be with, which really helps when talking about difficult issues. I would also like to say that the receptionists and admin staff are very friendly and professional as well. All in all, Hamilton Hill Family Practice is a very welcoming atmosphere and I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Kimaru to others.

This doctor is a nightmare and should have his lisence revoked. He prescribed medicine that made all my hair thin and fall out. For years I have been struggling with other health issues because of him. I asked if there were side effects and he said no. He refused to inform me and my hair fell our in hand fulls I can't swim because my hair Falls out and my hair is gone. Avoid at all costs. I feel I will Sue one day.

This doctor basically told me he didnt want to see me again beacuse my issues were complex. I have some mental health issues. He was not keen to treat me and suggested I stick to my usual GP (which I definitely would have loved to but he was on holiday - I dont enjoy seeing judgemental and rude doctors). I wouldnt go back to him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but he simply couldn't do that for me. Very dissapointing.

The doctor here is very good, he gave me an accurate diagnosis of my problem and was quite clear in the way to treat it. The staff was very friendly and professional. Definitely coming back for future illnesses.

Maybe Lena Ayres should stick with Phoenix medical centre. Dr Eric is a great doctor, he has helped me and four members of my family. The feeling that my parents and elderly people in my community have, no one can explain, going there when they are not feeling well and no need to struggle with the language or looking for an interpreter for them to be understood what a feeling.

They bulk bill and staff are friendly, and the pharmacy is right next door. The doctor seems to know what he's doing, although I had a slightly weird post-natal visit wherein the doc told me two weeks after a traumatic birth that I should remember to take care of my husband's sexual needs (!?). I guess it's a cultural difference. Good if you're not overly sensitive!
