Highly recommend Tia at Forrestfield salon. I booked in for a full color change and cut and I'm so pleased with the result. The color came out better than i thought it would and super happy with the cut, exactly what i asked for!
I'm my opinion, the service was priced fairly considering the time spent.
Lovely clean salon and friendly staff. I definately will return.

Got home after my trim and this is what my hair looks like. I wasn’t shown the back before I left the salon. Honestly so disappointed. The hairdresser was nice just not great execution. Wouldn’t recommend

Thank you Megan for a fantastic service. Very polite and professional. I asked for her professional opinion on a style to suit my face shape and she was very happy to assist. The end result was exactly what I wanted and had some lovely compliments along the way that made my bad day a lot better. The salon was very clean, open and friendly. Prices are also very good. I will definitely return for future hair cuts.

I got my hair done at your salon yesterday. Would definitely recommend. I’ve been looking for a new salon for a while now after my usual closed. Been so unlucky other places I’ve tried, but this place, I’m definitely coming back! A bit more pricy than what I normally been paying. But guess price and quality goes hand in hand. And my hair turned out just as I wanted it. You could really see the lady doing my hair knew what she was doing, very professional and careful. Also such friendly staff. I’ll be back!

I had long hair and I chose this place because of discrimination, but when I went and showed my desired hairstyle, he agreed to cut it for me, but I was faced with short and masculine hair. I m not happy

I really wanted to get my hair done and chose this place because of convenience and purely because this was a new salon and wanted to give them a go. I when in and the lady’s were very nice and very professional I would give them 4 stars based upon that I would, however, the prices are very expensive, I asked to go lighter which they recommended a balayage which cost $370 which I agreed on.
Usually hair dressers ask questions before before just giving a price for a package worth that especially when’s its lighting your hair, no questions one my past hair work or what I use, nor a strain test to see how my hair would react. So I waited a month for this appointment and when in at 8: 00am and left 6hrs later.which in some cases is quite reasonable but the outcome I got wasn’t worth it. They did a full head of foils (they did not touch the roots for some reason) when the bleach was washed out it looked greeny/orange which she said was normal. Then colour was out on and when that was washed out my hair was very hard to brush and when they were drying my hair, one lady was so rough with my hair and didn’t seem to notice how rough she was being. When they completed my hair it looked no different to what I came in form I was very disappointed, my hair was so rough, and straw like I needed to wash it straight away, it had taken me 30 minutes plus tears to brush the tangles out.

Upon all that at the end the lady recommended a shampoo and conditioner which I said okay to so the total added up to almost $600.00. Then shampoo and conditioner didn’t do my hair any wonders.

I felt like this could’ve been approached more professionally and with more communication because you are working on someone’s hair!

I just got my hair done by a home salon which cost me no where as near half of the price I sent here, where she lighted my hair and cut it and I left feeling so happy, so smooth, fresh and colour turned out wonderful.

I had full head of foils/reverse balayage performed by KellyAnn at Ellenbrook Halo. I knew it wasn't an easy job as I had half head of old various blondish colours and lots of brown regrowth to deal with. I took an inspo pic with me of a mushroom brown with clean blonde highlights and KellyAnn got my hair looking identical to the pic! Granted it was a lot of work for her to get the different tones perfect, she did it! I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning to have my hair done by her. Incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I went in with damaged hair in dire need of a cut and walked out knowing why it was damaged, what I needed to change in my routine and why, with exactly what I wanted as a hair cut. They weren’t pushy with products but explained to me simply what would be useful if I wanted to get any. Will be back soon! Thanks for making me feel amazing:)
