An hour wait for service and then wait for the old sample seals to be sized with new ones only to be given wrong seals, then having deal with another clown when returning the wrong seals who was obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Wonderful service! I needed “unusual” o-ring sizes - they had them in stock. Plus coffee while I waited too (not that I waited long, barely cool enough to drink when he arrived with the o-rings). I’ll be back for sure. Thanks.

I had a ram seal that leaked bought almost a year earlier, I naively thought I had crimped it fitting, I finally got around to calling into the boys, who very quickly unformed me the seal was in fact too thin, not only did they recall me buying the set from them but insisted on supplying 2 new ones free of charge, this is old fashioned service at its best, I vill be back, cheers Marty, Western Woodcraft.

They go more than the extra mile, in order to ensure we have exactly what we need, when we need it.

I personally have had an occasion whereby, one the guys made an urgent last minute delivery for us, and drove a 96km round trip, right at the end of the day just to deliver a $3 seal.
They didn't even charge me any delivery fees for it!

Couldn't be Happier with the Service I received at Hallite Today.
The Staff were approachable, informative and extremely helpful!

Last month was third time I've gone back now and they are all always extremely rude, slow and miserable. After waiting almost 40 minutes to be served and then driving home, I noticed the plastic of the head seal had 'bubbles' through it. Also the orings were powdery and when pulled slightly it just broke! I went to another company and showed them and they couldn't believe how they could sell that! I will never be returning, what a joke.

Horrible service, and terrible, terrible products! Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service, waited over 30 minutes to be served for essentially a tiny o-ring worth a few cents, they could not guarantee the correct size from my sample so i had to take a punt and buy few at $3.50 each, they have a minimum cash sale of $10 meaning i ended up getting a box of spare hose clamps which i may or may not ever need and paying $16.

Save yourself the frustration and try another supplier. These guys are lazy and inconsiderate of your valuable time.

I don't know what happened to the guy to give a one star review but I can only give five stars. Been going to this place every now and then for over 14 years and can honestly say that each and every time I have come away satisfied, and with what I needed, or if they didn't have it (rare) at least they told me some good info and I went away with more knowledge on the subject. Staff always helpful and willing to go out of their way, even for a trifling thing on a Friday afternoon. This is the mark of a good business. Highly recommended.

Been in the heavy diesel mechanic game for 11 years. Been coming to transeals every time, never let me down. Staff are great and know the product really well. Definitely make this your first stop for and of your hydraulic seal and O'ring needs

Got referred by a friend that has been a customer for a few years. I’ve been here quite a few times personally. Always have what is needed, One Stop Shop. Great friendly service.

I don't normally write reviews but if you've had a bad experiences it must be tolled.
This was in KewdalePerth Western Australia.
Very bad experience with the service, by two of the sales staff at seperate times at the front desk.
First was when I was purchasing some O'Rings, second was when I had to return the O, Rings cause they were the wrong size.
I will be telling many people of my bad experience.
Good service goes a long way. These people are the face of the company which will be doing it no good.
