I've been getting my hair cut here for the last 4 months, very covid safe and clean. The girls are professional, highly detailed and surprisingly quick. I definitely recommend hairwest.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone! I went in for blonde foils and came out with coppery coloured hair. I contacted her and never got any response whatsoever until I put a negative review on her Facebook page. The day I had this done she was on her iPhone constantly swearing and arguing with her partner and asking me to message him to check that he wasn’t lying to her. She put a toner in my hair and it got darker and darker until I had to remind her to wash it out while she was outside having a cigarette and on the phone! Due to her long delays in answering my messages and calls it’s been going in for 2 months. I finally get there today and she told me because of the time lapse she would charge me full price when she promised me she would clean out the colour and fix it. Very conniving and unprofessional. I will never go back and will deter anyone from going there. One very unhappy customer!

I have been seeing Brooke and Christine for over 6 months now. Very happy with my blonde colour and my hair feels so healthy. They use high quality products and are very friendly. Thanks girls, see you next week!

Had a time booking but still had to wait half an hour as the girls over book clients. Got half a head of foils with a toner which the boss suggested will make me look good. I looked grey and terrible. Never again sorry
