I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional hair-cutting session with Maya, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. Second time being there this year and had another stylist who was incredible! I showed Tracey my inspo pic and she nailed it, I’m really happy with the cut just like I was the first time I came here. Obsessed! Definitely my go-to place for hair. Thanks Tracey you’re incredible x

I visited Hairology in Kingsway Monday 2nd October. I normally get my hair colored at a different salon, my roster has since changed so i only have Monday off and my usual salon is closed Monday. I was super nervous about getting my hair foils done by some one that I have never met before. (as I have dark hair) I was worried it would turn yellow or be over processed and snap off. But nope, I had foils, a toner, a treatment, a cut and a blowave. It came out great. I am not being subsidized or coerced into writing this review. I just want Lydia to be recognized for her great work as a hair colorist. I will rebook when I'm due to go back for more foils.

The last few times I have been here I received great service. 2 weeks ago the worst hair cut of my life. She never spoke a word and just hacked it. It's extremely noticeable and I feel in order for it to be fixed I will have to go super short. I was trying to grow it. It saddens me to say, I will never return nor buy my products from there again.

I was initially so nervous when i came in, as this was my first time at this salon, but wow Soo happy with eveything.
Lydia did my hair, balayage and haircut which looks sooo beautiful, even better than i expected.and i hv recived tons of compliments already

Was a very meh experience. Not awful, but definitely not great. Hair stylist barely spoke a word to me (possible language barrier?) Cut was ok but wasn't quite what I asked for and cut off more than expected. Cost was higher than I anticipated when looking at costs online. (I was quoted before anything was done but figured i must have got the price list wrong)
Overall, I didn't enjoy my appointment and will go elsewhere in future.

I have very difficult hair which if cut incorrectly stands all over the place. I have my hair cut by Tracey who does an amazing and outstanding job every time. Reception is friendly and jovial and the atmosphere is great. I usually book an appointment and they are reasonably punctual. Cost is also competitive. All round a great experience. Good job well.

I received a full-head of foils that completely destroyed my hair. The back foils were left on for over 3hrs! Even the receptionist was commenting on the foils needing to be washed out. I voiced my concerns multiple times to the stylist and was told it was fine. I walked out with severe breakage at the back that will take years to catch up to the rest of my length. Then when I went to pay they tried to charge well above the quote I received at the start of the service. Absolutely poor service and staff and do not recommend as a “blonde specialist”

I have been going to this place for over 3 years once every 6 months for a perm and haircut, I have been very loyal to this establishment. The staff do a wonderful job and are very kind, just recently I came for a visit to get my hair redone again and I don’t understand why I got charged $232 for the same thing I’ve been doing for over 3 years which is usually $110 or $130 for long hair perm and cut not sure if inflation happened or something. I decided to go to a different place and they charged me $100 for a cut and long hair perm which is also located in Kingsway. My only complaint really is the price went up which upset me a bit but I guess that’s my problem not theirs. Just a heads up if anybody wants a perm and cut, but nothing else bothers me. They have amazing head massages which I will miss

Took my elderly mum here for a haircut today. Would not recommend. Asked for a wash and cut/trim. Changed her style and blow dry. Cost $77 and possibly the worst cut and blow dry she as ever had.

From reception to hairdresser was a breeze, showed a photo of how i wanted it styled, and i acheived my results

I’ve been looking for a new salon in the area and decided to try Hairology for the first time. I’m so glad I did! I got a restyle package that included a shampoo, treatment, cut and blow dry. The service was wonderful and Chloe did a fantastic job cutting my hair. She listened to what I wanted and took the time and care to make sure I was happy with the cut. I’ll definitely be making Hairology my regular salon from now on!

Today I thought I’d give this place a go as they take walk ins and I had the day off so wasn’t in a rush.

I am so glad I did, as this was the best experience I’ve had ever, and my hairdresser Maria was so attentive, patient, knowledgeable and experienced. It was so nice to see the other hairdressers also being the same way with their clients and really giving their customers their time and attention.

Maria explained the whole process of what we were going to do, as I chose a full foil package and I was really happy with the result, knowing the price upfront and an idea of how long it would take.

Will definitely be a returning customer and glad I’ve found Maria. Thanks so much.

I saw Lee today for blonde balayage after not having my hair done in years. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I wanted to go as light as possible while still keeping it low maintenance and she far surpassed my expectations.

I was a walk in client. No wait was necessary. Rita, was pleasant and efficient and informative, did a great cut and I am very happy.
