I called Hairloom for a last minute emergency appointment as my sister had just had her hair done by another salon and it was terrible. My sister was devastated by the results. Hairloom squeezed my sister in for a last minute appointment and gave her exactly what she wanted. It made her day! Because of the big screw up we lost so much time to get her ready so we had no time to drive home so hairloom offered us a room out the back for her to get changed into her dress. She looked amazing and hairloom were great and saved the day for us. Thank you so much! Brilliant experience!

Went back to Hairloom after many years. Hasn't changed (apart from renovation) still has great stylists giving great hair cuts and friendly staff.

Went for the first time today. Melissa was awesome. I talked through what I thought I wanted, I listened to her adaptations then she went to work. Love, love, love the stylish result. My client noticed straight away. Thanks Melissa for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Wow! Just wow! Fantastic! Booked a “rescue appointment” to fix another botched haircut earlier in the week. I could not believe the results when I was finished! Impeccable and amazing. Connie and the team are fantastic and have an amazing skill set between them. The young lady who coloured my hair was also fantastic with great advice. I also utilised their Kerastase hair diagnosis tool, which is a camera to look at your health of your hair (very closely). I was given a new regime to “feed” my hair, and after only two weeks my hair is like silk but with great body. I’ll be back for sure. 100% recommended and ethically operated. A place you can trust.

I love going to this salon but I just cannot afford the cost, they are far too expensive. Connie is a lovely lady, as are the staff, but not everyone can afford their exorbitant prices.

Came here today for the first time and I genuinely recomend Melissa. She did a fantastic job with my hair. She chose a color that definitely suits me. I now go home very happy.

I have been coming to this salon for over 15 years. As a 21 year old when i first was told about hairloom i was blown away by the high level of service and quality of work. I have never considered leaving and have been stoked with every hair cut i get each month. I never have to ask about what i need, the team just know and do a great job each time! The massage chairs are great too! Always recommend!

My haircut generally consists of a Number 1, so technically not that challenging. That said, the team at Hairloom make me feel welcome, offer a cup of coffee and give their apologies for the delay - all of 10 minutes if I drop in without an appointment.

The salon is bright, spacious, well laid out and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable and I've always come away with a spring in my step.

I go to Hairloom regularly and can't fault them.super efficient, they do a great job, and the service is brilliant.

I went here for a mens hair cut, my hair it less then a inch long and it took them 1 and a half hours from start to finish. Due to having my hair cut by an apprentice. Plus they charged me over 50bucks.

Friendly, well trained hairdressers. They were happy to talk me through possible styles, and I am very happy with my cut. Will definitely be going back!
