I was met by kind and professional Tia, who booked me in and suggested my hair be trimmed by Rachel. Not only did Rachel listen carefully and trim my hair the way I wanted it, but she also gave me the most soothing scalp massage as she washed my hair; another highlight was the lovely hot cup of tea I was served. I’ve been to Hairhouse Baldivis twice now and both experiences have been so positive. Especially yesterday, I went in with an idea of what I wanted but I trusted the advice of Kellie my hairdresser and I have nothing to fault. Staff are so lovely, super reasonable prices and amazing experience! Would definitely recommend to everyone

I recently had my hair trimmed here at had some long layers added also. The lady who did it seemed to be new to cutting as she appeared a bit nervous while asking what i was wanting done. I said 'i wasnt really sure, but it needs a good trim' and then also suggested to cut some long layers. She seemed a bit off while cutting my hair and proceeded to quickly blow-dry and curl my finishing look.i didnt actually noticed until 2 days later when i washed and straightened my hair that she had cut a chunk out of the front of my hair. Super not happy as i feel its really obvious.
I will not be returning to this salon for any future haircuts

I had my hair done by Caity and she did such an incredible job. It’s the happiest I’ve ever been with my hair. She was lovely and knowledgeable, and talked me through the whole process. The price is incredible for the work and service provided.

Friend came in the get her hair coloured. It didn't turn our right so it was done again. After being there for 4 hours in total it still wasn't right. Wouldn't be going here.
Staff didn't say much to her not even an apology. Very unprofessional

Went in for hair extensions and Tammy didn't have the right amount of extensions in my colour required. She changed the colour and matched it perfectly and installed them. I wasn't happy with the way it was blended in. She advised me to sleep on it and done in next day if I still not happy. Tammy came in on her day off to re cut and blend before a funeral attendance. This woman went over and beyond for me and that is really hard to get these days. This company will get my repeat business because of Tammy alone. Thanks so much.

Had a great haircut done by Jess. Went for a totally different look, which she did perfectly. Gave me great advice, very attentive & caring. Highly recommend this salon. Also a great store for products. Great variety, & the staff are very knowledgeable.

Honestly I have nothing nice to say about this salon I would highly recommend NOT going here.got my hair done the other day it was absolutely terrible I had to go enlightened hair salon so the could fix my hair so $400 later.not impressed.staff need more training it's not acceptable.

Was told that even though something is in the catalogue they may not get it in, try back next week. It never came in.

My wife booked an appointment for 11.15. At 12 midday and still waiting. They had one customer in the store. She consequently left as she had an appointment at 12.15.45 minutes to wait is too long. She wont be going back there.

The new young lady Sophie is extremely rude and not professional at all

Having curly hair is hard to maintain.so is finding a hairdresser who is able to cut curly hair.the staff are 2nd to none
