Hairhouse

Went in store on Thursday in the afternoon and was helped out by an incredibly knowledgeable and professional younger member of staff (whose name I did not catch unfortunately). She was extremely helpful and patient with myself and my two kids, my hair and my daughter’s curls have never felt so good! Massive thank you to whoever that member of staff was!

I have never added bad reviews for any business but my experience was really bad here. Would never visit again and recommend services to anyone. I would only say if you really care for hair health, never visit here.

The store leader was so rude, had a lot of back handed comments and just left me outright disgusted.
If I wasn’t in such a rush to get my products I wouldn’t have had purchased anything.
Last time I ever step foot into this store. Every other worker has been amazing.
Store leader needs more work with her customer service and approach.

I just got my hair colour Done by a lovely young lady, I can't remember her name. She was very professional and did a fantastic job. The price was fantastic. Will be back again. Thank you

Went into the Belmont Forum hairhouse warehouse and was helped out by a lady named Deb! I’m only 20 but in all 20 years of my life I’ve never had a customer service experience like this! She was so so beyond helpful and caring and actually had the customers best interest at heart! Also knew exactly what she was talking about, truly an amazing person! This lady deserves all the recognition and a fat pay rise!

My name is Abbey. I went to the Belmont store today to buy my favourite shampoo as my normal hairdresser was out of stock. I was served by the Retail Leader (pretty certain her name was Deb). She was incredible! She was so welcoming and thanked me for going out of my way to come to their store to purchase the shampoo. Overall a fantastic experience! I will buy my hair products from there now, just to get that customer service!:)

Staff were very knowledgeable about their products. They were able to advise on products suitable for my specific needs and offered to book me a free appointment to show me how to use the equipment I purchased.

Thanks Amy for my haircut. The staff here including Deb and Michelle are extremely friendly and positive. They are almost like a family, and as such, they have a great outlook and wonderful sense of humour. Maybe get some calming chilled music in the background. I had excellent service here and would highly recommend this business.

What a wonderful experience! The lady was so helpful and even gave me a free sample to take home and try. Didn't feel pressured at all and will definitely go back.

Drove 20 minutes to get here and have waited 40mins after opening time. The shop is completely closed up. Now I have to drive another 20minutes to go somewhere else. Pretty disappointed.

Dreadful
I recently made an online purchase and went to the store today for advice on how to get the best results.
I stood at the counter for 2 minutes whilst the woman behind it did everything but acknowledge I was there.
Eventually I said "excuse me I'm here are you free I'm waiting for some service please" her reply was "why didn't you just call out my name" when I replied that I didn't know
her name she replied "Read my badge it's Deb"
That is an appalling way to speak to a customer. Next time try "Sorry for the wait how may I help you? " That's called customer service.
